RE: Archmage Automated Scholar for Splinterlands - Revised Whitepaper

in Splinterlands2 years ago

I just bought ARCHMAGE earlier today, and now I feel at a loss on this update with the 35% TAX.
It's more expensive than other bot service now, including for long-term.
I thought ARCHMAGE would have been the best one-time investment.

Also, how does that battle rewards delegation work? I don't see it in Splinterlands UI.

Sort:

It is already part of the game, although I don't believe it is in the UI.

Our config page will be updated so that the delegation can be set by you when you enable and disable the bot.

It requires active key, and so we can't 'tax' you without your permission.

But to what username should we set the rewards delegation?

Right now this isn’t live - the whitepaper is announcing the intentioned - the requirements aren’t live yet. I think within a week is the goal. Details will be announced when it’s live.

To be clear, we’ve stated in the whitepaper that there would be fees based on percentage of rewards since the beginning. It was always in the white paper and part of nearly every announcement we made.

If you were expecting a one time investment we were never intended or advertised by us as that.
