⏳ Initial thoughts
- Battle plan:
- Spam melee
- Give armor
- Boost melee dmg
- Slow opponent down so i can attack first to pick out opponent first.
DRAKE OF ARNAK
Allow me to use dragon monsters. Provide ARMOR to protect monsters from any potential physical dmg.
1️⃣st Position
High dmg, armor, hp and divine shield.
An ideal tank for first row, is most likely to die last due to his high hp.
2️⃣nd Position
Looking to take advantage to his 1 mana 2 hp and 2 dmg (boosted) stats.
Hopefully to do some dmg before dying. Lowest hp and most likely to die first.
3️⃣rd Position
Take advantage of +1 melee. So he will deal a total of 6 dmg, and got a chance to pick out 2 monsters in 1 turn.
Not to forget the high HP and armor.
4️⃣th Position
Main booster, +1 to all melee and also he can fight along with his other melee comrades.
5️⃣th Position
Only magic monster.
Mainly to utilise the SLOW ability so that my monster can fight first. Magic is a bonus to help pick out those low HP with armored monsters.
6️⃣th Position
SHIELD with ARMOR with FLYING. The ideal physical tank lure for the game. Also +1 melee from the boost.
🔍 OUTCOME 🔎
Round 1:
My line up looks like got countered.
Used shield but opponent mainly use magic.
+1 melee but got nerf by -1 melee.
Not looking good at the start. But opponent's dps have low hp which i might stand a chance.
I'm only able to take out 1 monster and 2 of my monsters have been taken out.
Round 2:
After the TAUNT monster is taken down, my monsters can start to pick out the low HP monster to prevent more dmg to my line up.
Manage to pick out 2 monsters.
Round 3:
Another of my monster fallen due to magic and an unfortunate miss on my side.
But at this round, i should be able to win the game.
Round 4:
Another misses from my CARNAGE TITAN but fortunately he is able to attack 2 times where he deal a fatal blow to REGAL PERYTON.
3 v 2 now.
Round 5 & 6:
The rest are history. Where my monster start to slowly pick out my opponent monsters.
Fortunately opponent dps has lower hp thus my line up able to pick them out first before they start deal real dmg. And turn out the ARMOR come in useful as there are still some physical dmg coming from opponent line up which help to prolong my monster survival.
💪 Honorable mentions
- CARNAGE TITAN, as his double strike really deals the most dmg this round thus leading the team to victory.
📌 Final thoughts
It was definitely a fun ruleset. One of my favorite as it opens out all possibility. Glad to get my win and looking forward to another match.
TIPS: You can replay your game using SPLINTERTOOLS, and they also provide add-on extension to increase ur win rate at 1HIVE per month.
🃏 CARD ANALYSIS
I do like this card alot. With 4 MANA providing slow and magic dmg. She is a very useful card which i can see myself using alot.
At higher level, it obtain the RUST ability which make it even more useful. Not to mention 4 mana with at least 2-3 magic dmg and high speed.
