People from fairy tales all know why Peter Pan and his little companions can fly, and one of the secrets is "think of happy thoughts." Wendy and her two brothers start practicing flying, but it's not going very smoothly. Peter Pan tells Wendy and her brothers that as long as they think of wonderful, happy things, those thoughts will lift them into the air. Although we all know they still need a bit of pixie dust to help, after practicing for a while, they master the art of flying. Then they decide to fly away and explore, eventually reaching Neverland. I'm not Peter Pan, but for him, thinking of beautiful and joyful things allows people to be fearless and capable.
In Splinterlands, the Flying ability not only lets the Splinters avoid the effects of earthquakes but also adds some evasion skills. Though I'm not sure about the exact increase, sometimes battle outcomes can hinge on that slight possibility and a bit of luck. The lands have opened up a bit, but the enthusiasm of players for the lands doesn't seem very high. It might need more time to develop fully. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm just getting back into @splinterlands after a long time away. Lands is about the last thing I want to check out right now. I think It could be fun but I am nowhere near the ability to pay for it and besides right now I would rather concentrate on acquiring card and learning strategy to win more battles.
