Hi friends,
The crypto market has been dropping sharply lately, likely waiting on the U.S. presidential election results. I expect that once we know the outcome, the market will start to rise again—but that's just my guess; it could just as easily keep dropping.
A few days ago, I came across a post on Hive discussing the top earners on the platform. The conclusion was that truly valuable posts don’t actually earn that much, which makes sense. Do these high earners really contribute much to Hive? Not really. Before Hive, only a tiny fraction of writers could make a living from their writing. So the fact that everyday people can make a bit of money from posting short articles is already pretty great. The post was a bit of a rant but sparked a lot of conversation.
As for Splinterlands, it’s best not to watch the battle in real-time. Watching can make you wonder if the game’s rigged, especially when it seems like, under the same conditions, your opponent can hit you, but you just can’t hit back no matter what. If you don’t watch and just look at the outcome, even if you lose, you won’t feel as frustrated.
