The last season of 2024 is over and it's time for a recap post with leveling up all the possible (and impossible) cards... 😃

To be honest, not too much difference between this season and the previous one... I earned 400 GLINTs less, which is more-less how much I get for 1 win in the Diamond League... 😃

The screenshot above is where you can see the biggest difference... As I collected fewer GLINTs during the season, I didn't have enough of them to repeat the same amount of DRAWS that I did last season... So, I had to make some (rate) cuts and sacrifice some draws... Firstly, I was thinking of dropping some RARE and EPIC draws, but in the end, I went for 1 LEGENDARY DRAW, meaning I got only 1 this time!

First to open were 10 RARE draws... No (pleasant) surprises as there were no GOLD-FOILED cards among them... :( I think it was the same in the previous opening when I didn't get any either... History repeats...
Btw. just to clarify a few things... During the season, when I get additional rewards, I do not level up any cards, but keeping them for the end of the season and this post... That's why I was able to level up some cards, despite not getting enough in these DRAWs that I'm showing to you...

This time, I was able to level up only 1 COMMON card as I got many of them during the season... So, my Tokatag Conscript is now at level 4, where it got +1 HEALTH!

Next to open were RARE DRAWS... IMO, RARE cards are probably the most "efficient" cards in the game as you can use them almost with every battle rule... That's why I didn't want to lower the number of DRAWs for opening... Same as last time, I wasn't lucky with gold-foiled COMMON draws, but I got 2 GOLD FOILED RARE cards!!

Luckily, those two gold-foiled cards were the same, so thanks to that, I was able to upgrade my Commander Slade to level 4! On that level, it got much more powerful, as it got his 3rd ability, the Reflection Shield!! Now it looks like a very useful tank card!

The next card for leveling up was (ordinary, not GF) Meriput Slinger which I upgraded to level 4, where it got the Slow ability! With 4 range attack, and slowing down the enemies, it is a nice addition to the battling deck!

...and the last RARE card that was leveled up was the Chaos Adjutant, which is now at level 4, and it got +1 HEALTH!

When it was time to open EPIC DRAWs, I didn't have too many expectations regarding GOLD-FOILED cards as I got those 2 RAREs... Well, when I opened them, I didn't got any, so that's that... 😃 I got many "duplicates" which is a good thing as they have a higher probability of being leveled up!

For example, I got 3 Olivia of the Brook NFTs in these draws, and because of that, I was able to upgrade that card to level 3! This great card with 2 types of attack got +1 SHIELD on this level! That's a great addition as it didn't have any shield before!

Inside the DRAWs, I got also 3 Arachne Weaver cards, which was exactly the number that I needed to upgrade it... It is now at level 3, and it has now the Scavenger ability!

Opening only 1 LEGENDARY DRAW isn't too exciting... I mean, it's great to have another LEGENDARY card, but it is narrowing possibilities of leveling up the cards as you need at least 2 cards to level up any card... So, this time, no legendary cards for leveling up! I have many of them that need only 1 to be upgraded, so maybe next time! 😃
In total, I have leveled up 6 cards, which is not that bad! As time passes, and cards are at higher levels, this number will go down as I will need more cards for higher levels...
