As a Filipino this is a huge deal! One dollar for fees equals a kilo of rice, yes you heard it right! Now I can buy 1 kilo of rice a day for my kids. An average Filipino like me makes $10 a day in salary. Now I can save $1 each day!
Now let's think this through it's been only 5 months, imagine 5 years of doing this that will be a sack of rice a day! That will be amazing! That is my goal long term 5, 10, 20 years of this.

I bought these plots last year for $18 each, I was thinking selling it to my friend, we made a deal he will pay it in 3 months and I'm gonna make $2 each on them. For whatever reason I decided not to push through the deal and keep the plots for myself (good job brain 🤣).
Swubia Region.

I ran out of DEC in here my efficiency is at 89.80%. The plan for now is sell resources except grain and swap it to DEC everyday. All grains are added to the DEC-GRAIN pool. As you can see most of the cards are low PP but they are GF cards (most of them). It's crazy cards with high PP went up in value, I guess people suddenly realize the potential of land.
