New to Splinterlands

in Splinterlands4 years ago

Hello out there everyone! I'm just getting into Splinterlands, and I really like the concept so far. The games are fun, and there's a good amount of variety.

I've been playing ranked, and I'm really struggling once I get past novice into Bronze III. What tips do you have for positioning, and what type of cards do you think are best at this level?

Also, I'm curious your take on the current market and what you think the future holds for the game as well. Thanks!

The future of Splinterlands looks great. It is the most active blockchain game with many great developments down the road, like Guild Brawls, Boss Monster PvE fights and the Land Expansion to create items and spells.

Have fun discovering this vast universe.

Welcome to the Splinterlands community. One of the first things that I think can help is to play a few matches and try and save up enough DEC to get either furious chicken or creeping ooze. I can't remember if they come in the base set or not, but both of them are really good, low mana monsters that you can find a way of using to your advantage in almost any match.
