The Ruleset

- Rulesets - Explosive Weaponry
- Mana Cap - 50
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Immortalis

- With the ruleset and element pick that I got I wanted to force my enemies Blast damage where it will benefit me more than him
- So in my case I went with earth element as I had a Taunt + 2 Martyr combo in there
- Also Immortalis is always a great pick when the rulesets does not point you in any direction at all
- Void - 50% less damage (rounded up) from magic attacks or 0 damage from magic attacks of 1 power
- Void Armor - Magic damage hits armor before health
1st Position: Mycelic Infantry

- Mycelic Infantry was my main tanks for this battle
- Main reason I like Mycelic Infantry here a lot is his Shield ability
- Combine him with my summoners Void and that makes Mycelic Infantry take only half damage
- Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
2nd Position: Venari Marksrat

- Venari Marksrat was here just to get killed by Explosive Weaponry and buff adjacent units
- Martyr - When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats
3rd Position: Mycelic Slipspawn

- Mycelic Slipspawn was here only because of his Taunt ability and that so my enemy is forced to kill both of my Martyr monsters
- Taunt - Draws the attacks of enemy units. Does not affect Reach, Scattershot, Wingbreak, or enemy units in the first position
- Forcefield - Attacks dealing 5 base damage or more instead deal 1 damage
4th Position: Fungus Flinger

- Next up in line is my second Martyr monster
- Same goes with him as Venari Marksrat
- Martyr - When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats
- Blind - All enemy Melee & Ranged attacks have a 15% higher chance of missing their target. Blind also affects units with phase
5th Position: Mushroom Seer

- Mushroom Seer is also always a great monster to play
- Not really because of his stats but more for his Silence ability
- Silence - -1 magic power to all enemy units
6th Position: Goblin Psychic

- Last but not least is my only healer
- For 6 mana his stats are not the worst but speed could be better
- Alongside the decent stats is his Tank Heal ability and also Affliction ability
- Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position
- Affliction - 50% chance to apply Afflicted after a successful attack. Afflicted units cannot be healed
Starting board

- After seeing the starting board I was both happy and sad at the same time
- My enemy played ranged monsters which meant my Taunt and double Martyr combo was going to be in play but what made me sad was that my enemies team was much higher level than mine
- That level diff was going to make this battle really hard and possible even lose me this one
- But my predictions could still be off by a mile so lets start the battle and have a look
Here's how the battle went
1st Round

- After first round the board was already starting to look in my favor somehow
- I had managed to take down is first tank and meanwhile I only lost my first Martyr monster
- Also I was about to lose my second one in the next round which makes my team even stronger
- But anything could still happen so lets keep watching
2nd Round

- After 2nd Round I was really happy and all of the panic was gone as the battle was basically over
- I took down my enemies last two melee monsters in a single round with a magic Blast attack
- The next round should be the last for this battle as I just have too much magic damage and my enemy only has weak ranged monsters
3rd Round

- It took me 3 attacks to kill my enemies last standing monsters
- After his last three monsters had fallen I took the victory

Summary
- This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch
- The strategy to take away from this battle is the Taunt + double Martyr combo in a Explosive Weaponry ruleset battle
