The Ruleset

image.png

  • Rulesets - Unprotected & Target Practice
  • Mana Cap - 21
  • Active Elements - image.png image.png image.png image.png

Here's my starting lineup

Summoner: Mylor Crowling

  • With the ruleset, element pick and mana cap that I had to go with a low mana summoner and I also needed him to have a great low mana team
  • So in my case I went with earth element and Mylor Crowling as he is possible one of the strongest low mana summoners and I personally had a great earth team in mind
  • Thorns - Returns 2 physical damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack
1st Position: Flesh Golem

  • Flesh Golem was my main tanks for this battle
  • Main reason I like Flesh Golem here a lot is his Heal ability and high hp for only 6 mana
  • Even tho 6 mana was a huge part of my mana cap I was still sure this was my best bet to winning this battle
  • Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down)
2nd Position: Furious Chicken

  • Furious Chicken was here just to tank one attack when it comes to him tanking and return damage with my summoners Thorns
  • Furious Chicken was also picked last and the biggest reason was that I just had 0 mana left and open spots to fill
3rd Position: Fungus Fiend

  • Fungus Fiend was also one of my last picks
  • Mainly for the same reasons as Furious Chicken but Fungus Flinger also had 1 melee attack so maybe he gets an attack off somehow
4th Position: Uraeus

  • Next up in line is my backline attacking monster
  • I really do like Uraeus as just just get great stats for only 3 mana and because he is neutral monster you could play him in almost any battle
  • Sadly in this battle my Uraeus did not have the 1 armor so he was a bit weak but hopefully he gets at least some attacks off
  • Sneak - Targets the last Unit on the enemy Team instead of the first Unit
5th Position: Mushroom Seer

  • Mushroom Seer was my take on countering my enemy playing any magic based comp
  • Even tho for 5 mana Mushroom Seer is not the strongest monster his Silence ability makes him one of my favorite monsters to use in my battles
  • Silence - -1 magic power to all enemy units
6th Position: Wood Nymph

  • Wood Nymph was my last one and my first healer of this team
  • Even tho his stats suck for 4 mana you do get the Tank Heal ability which I really like
  • I wanted Tank Heal here because my Flesh Golem also has regular Heal ability so there heal combo hopefully outheals my enemy entire damage or at least a good part of it
  • Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position

Starting board

image.png

  • Already after seeing the starting board I was confident I would win because I managed to perfectly counter the type of team my enemy decided to play against me in this match
  • I played my high hp tank in front not letting my enemy get any Bloodlust takedowns, I played double heal which turned out was enough to out heal my enemies entire damage and for last but not least I played Silence which furthermore guaranteed my victory in this match
  • Even tho the battle was confirmed lets still start it up and watch the rounds were something happened

Here's how the battle went

1st & 2nd Round

image.png

  • After first two rounds my enemies Thane Newsong finally fell
  • I still had all of my hp exactly like I explained in the beginning
  • Lets keep watching and do one more stop before the victory screen
3rd & 4th Round

image.png

  • It took me two rounds to get to this point were the next round was hopefully the last
  • lets start the last round and welcome my victory screen
5th Round

image.png

  • It took me half of my attacks to kill my enemies last standing monster
  • After his Quora Towershead had fallen I took the victory
  • Battle Replay Link

Summary

  • This battle was definitely heavily one sided and sadly quite boring to watch but I still wanted to share it because the reason it was boring was that I countered my enemy so hardcore
  • There was not a strategy to take away from this battle other than the comp I managed to craft up and maybe get some inspiration from that
  • The key points for this team was double heal, Silence and a great summoner in my case summoner with Thorns
