The Ruleset
- Rulesets - Lost Legendaries, Up Close and Personal & Four's a Crowd
- Mana Cap - 38
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Mylor Crowling
- With the ruleset and mana cap that I got i felt like the best possible summoner for my team was going to be Mylor Crowling
- Mylor Crowling was my pick as he only costs 3 mana and he also has the Thorns ability which in my opinion is one of the best ones to have when Up Close and Personal is active
1st Position: Mycelic Infantry
- Mycelic Infantry was one of my main tanks for this battle
- Main reason I like Mycelic Infantry here a lot is his Shield ability
- Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
2nd Position: Grimbardun Fighter
- Grimbardun Fighter was the next monster with Shield as I was going for the defensive strat
- Even tho he was not able to attack from the second position I just needed the Shield ability so my enemies would take themselves down with the Thorns
- Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
3rd Position: Disintegrator
- Disintegrator was here to lower all of my enemies attack by 1 and possible make them deal 0-1 damage per round against my Shield monsters
- Disintegrator was also not able to attack but I really did not care as his ability was more important to me
- Demoralize - -1 melee power to all enemy units
4th Position: Stone Golem
- For last but not least is one lovely beta card, Stone Golem
- His entire reason in this battle was again to tank a lot of enemy hits with his Shield and reflect Thorns damage in the mean time
- And like the past 2 monsters Stone Golem was also not able to attack from his position which did not bother me at all
- Shield - 50% less damage (rounded up) from physical attacks or 0 damage from physical attacks of 1 power
Starting board
- Already after seeing the starting board I was confident I would win because even tho my enemy played quite strong melee monsters, defensive team is much better in my opinion
- But my predictions could still be off by a mile so lets start the battle and have a look
Here's how the battle went
1st & 2nd Round
- After two rounds the board was still looking quite the same as in the start
- Only thing that was changed was that my enemy monsters health points ever looking quite sad already which was super good for me
- In the mean time I had only lost health on my first monster
- But anything could still happen so lets keep watching
3rd Round
- After 3nd Round we both had lost only one monster but my enemy did have two monsters who would fall in the next round as they both had only 1 hp
- Also I still had so much hp left so I was quite sure I would still win the battle
- Lets hope for the best and keep watching
4th Round
- The battle board looked fantastic for me
- My enemy had only one monster left with 6hp I had two monsters left with combined hp of 12 + 4 armor
- Now I just needed to wait for the fall of the last monster and then face my victory
5th, 6th & 7th Round
- It took me 3 rounds to kill my enemies last standing monster
- After his Marisol Contuma had fallen I took the victory

Summary
- This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch
- The strategy to take away from this battle is the basic defensive stat of playing Shield, Thorns and Demoralize against full offensive melee team
