The Ruleset

image.png

  • Rulesets - Little League
  • Mana Cap - 28
  • Active Elements - image.png image.png image.png image.png

Here's my starting lineup

Summoner: Mylor Crowling

  • With the ruleset and element pick that I got I knew I had to go with an element where I had a strong low mana team as Little League was active
  • So in my case I went with earth element and Mylor Crowling as he is possible one of the strongest summoner in the game and also because I had a great low mana team in mind with earth monsters
1st Position: Xenith Monk

  • Xenith Monk was my main tanks for this battle
  • Main reason I like Xenith Monk here a lot is his Heal ability
  • Even tho his attack is quite low for 4 mana he only needed to tank and stay alive not deal much manage
  • Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down)
2nd Position: Uraeus

  • Uraeus is possible one of my most played monsters in the entire game so far
  • I just really to love how many stats you get for only 3 mana and he is neutral also which makes him playable in almost any battle
  • Sneak - Targets the enemy unit in the last position
3rd Position: Parasitic Growth

  • Parasitic Growth was my next damaging monster
  • The only thing Parasitic Growth was lacking was speed but I still liked him enough to play him
  • Opportunity - Targets the enemy unit with the least health
4th Position: Halaran Huntress

  • Next up in line is one of the newer monsters
  • His Charge ability is basically Reach on steroids and also he has Flying which might come handy in case my enemy also plays a backline attacking comp
  • Flying - +25% chance to evade physical attacks. No effect if the attacker also has Flying. Immune to Earthquake
  • Charge - Can use melee attacks from any position
5th Position: Goblin Thief

  • For the last damaging monster for this team is non other than Goblin Thief
  • Great stats for low mana with an ability that allows him to attack from any position
  • Sneak - Targets the last Unit on the enemy Team instead of the first Unit
6th Position: Wood Nymph

  • For last but not least is surprisingly a healer monster
  • At first I really did not want to play a healer as only my first monster and enough health to survive an entire round of enemy damage
  • But I ran out of low mana Sneak, Charge or Opportunity monsters so I settled for an healer
  • Tank Heal - Each round, restores 1/3 of max health (rounded down) to the allied unit in the first position

Starting board

image.png

  • After seeing the starting board I was 100% sure I was going to win this battle
  • That because even tho I had totally missed my summoner pick my enemy only had 4 damage which meant I was outhealing his entire damage
  • This battle was just a matter of round counting so lets start the battle and have a quick look at some key rounds

image.png

Here's how the battle went

1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Round

image.png

  • After first four rounds the board was still looking quite the same as in the start
  • I still had my whole team left because as I write about earlier I was outhealer all of my enemies damage meanwhile I finally managed to take down my enemies first monster
  • The pace has been slow because my enemy played a Demoralize monster so I lost 4 melee damage
5th & 6th Round

image.png

  • The next two rounds were also quite slow but now has I took down my enemies Demoralize monster it should end quite fast
  • Lets hope for the best and keep watching
7th & 8th Round

image.png

  • After two more rounds my enemy was standing with a single monster felt on his board meanwhile I still had my entire team alive
  • Now I just needed to wait for the start of the next and hopefully final round and then face my victory
9th Round

image.png

  • It took me couple of attacks to kill my enemies last standing monster
  • After his Venari Bonesmith had fallen I took the victory
  • Battle Replay Link

Summary

  • This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch
  • I lucked out in this battle cause my enemy played so little damage that I managed to outheal him with 5 hp tank and two heals
