how this works
Some pools offer Daily bonus to the shares you have in the pool.
SWAP.HIVE:DEC being one of those pool so even thought I did not add any thing to the pool in last week my shares sill increased in total by around +60 shares since my last update.
This bonus shares increases % of pool rewards one get, so when the pool rewards are calculated you get rewards for your own shares + bonus shares
Note this bonus does not apply to SPS airdrop point calculation in splinterlands game itself

Can u withdraw money of those bonus share? Are the shares increase hold any Monetary value?
No monetary value (only extra rewards) and once you remove your base shares those bonus shares disappear meaning if you remove and add again you start from 0 bonus
