Hello Splinterlanders!
Are you excited about the new reward cards that have been released?
Today we are going to check out the Gloridax Soldier from the dragon splinter.
This card starts off with the Flying and Shield abilities at level one.
I was lucky enough to pull a gold foil card that starts at level two. At level three he gains an attack point and at level six he gains the Oppress ability.
As you can see, the Gloridax Soldier is not the biggest tank in the bunch but there are things you can do to help him out.
Playing Daria Dragonscale the Dragon summoner to use this card, Try using Earth, Life, or Water splinters because they all have cards with the Inspire attribute. This will give your soldier +2 more attack power. (I always go with Brownie.) Of course any speed or health boost will help as well.
In my battle for this weeks Battle Challenge, I chose to keep my Soldier in the back to serve as a dragon meat shield. Unfortunately the opposing team didn't have any sneak cards, so he just kinda sat back there doing nothing.
The good news is that because you are using your dragon summoner....They have Dragon friends and that is really how I won this battle which will end my season in Champion 2 level.

Hahahah at least gave you 10% DEC for a golden card, this is nice, I think this card will be very important and a back row use can help because shield and fly abilities.
