I sure hope it doesn't escalate and it boils out fast. As far as crypto I thought most of this was already priced in but waking up today made me doubt it but it's too late to sell off and wait imo so I am stuck with holding my bags

It shouldnt escalate more than Whole ukraine since its not in the nato, but Who knows, anyways we are getting closer and closer...crypto might be the ones suffering less from this, with all National Exchanges collapsing

I thought that especially Bitcoin was ought to be a store a value due to its limitation. However, as gold reaches an all time high, BTC keeps on falling.
I see this as a good time to invest for the long-term.

If there is humans then there will be war. It’s just the sad truth. I believe it will destabilize crypto for a bit.
It will take out a lot of liquidity and it will take a while until it stabilize again and then it continues as usual.

Hello. Uncertainty always affects cryptocurrencies, so I consider the market to be bearish as long as there is a threat of war. However, in the medium term I don't think the conflict will escalate to something greater.
Unfortunately, I believe that a war is inevitable in the not too distant future.

I do not know what this proxy war is? If it refers to real world conflict, I think there will be short term impacts while the incident is ongoing and then a slow recovery after.I'd like in please. My IGN is @the-ascendant.

Uncertainty is bad for financial markets, war on the other hand is unfortunately good for the world's economy. Even more though so for crypto in my opinion. It increases adoption by a huge margin. Immovable assets are bad in crises/wars. Easily moveable assets were always the best in those situations. As a bonus, you get your assets out of reach from the local economy and potential hostile governments.
