The only issue I'm cautious about is the new summoner abilities for asynchronous battles like brawl and some tournament play. Basically, it makes then unusable since you won't be able to take advantage of the "choice" abilities, although you can still blindly pick the objectively most useful ability.
So excited about modern rotation! This new set is going to be great!
