To start off I am a little short of time to dedicate focus on the #Splinterlands and #AlienArtHive community due to my work and other cryptocurrency operations in other blockchains, this makes me have only a few hours to manage here between creating a post containing something relative and that helps the reader with some knowledge and playing some battles in Splinterlands, This made me think of leaving the ranking aside and focus only on Brawls however I realize that this may be a problem in the future due to after the season ends the league level will be lowered and I do not want to continue playing in Brawls only at bronze level, given these circumstances I have dedicated myself to only withdraw half of the battle energy to try new strategies while my current rating and collection power keeps me at Silver I, I could advance to Gold III however we would have to return to the subject of lack of time for such a feat.
With that in mind today I will give you a strategy shared with me through the use of the summoner Prince Rennyn.

『✦』The Prince Rennyn

The legendary summoner of the BETA collection has the benefit of adding +1 to the ranged attack power of its monsters, besides benefiting them with the addition of +1 in speed and maximum health and this is a lot for fragile monsters in its majority as the ranged ones, I did not find it necessary to acquire it at a level above the initial level due to the fact that as I am in the Silver I league I am not punished with the use of legendary monsters at this level, in fact it also would not change much since the monsters used in this formation can be used in the composition at their initial levels or above that although this only increases its effect a little if compared to the cost established for this. It is interesting to note from players or developers that most monsters used in battles even being Wild or Modern have less chance to use the monsters from old collections like BETA, ALPHA and PROMO if compared to recent versions, is this a lack of range of use or lack of interest to use these monsters?

『✦』Battle Strategy

Primarily the focus in using this strategy is to contain first with a tank that can resist a lot even if its damage is almost zero, however I prefer something that contains the Taunt ability for all attackers to focus on the target leaving me free to try a direct attack with full power, so our first choice is Mycelic Slipspawn, a great protector with the Taunt skill and a great amount of maximum health, for those who want a protector with a greater chance of dodging we have at hand Coeurl Lurker that in contrast to my choice has a better attack power and speed in conjunction with its ability to dodge can be interesting.
But in this battle I had an earthquake rule and my enemy's history contained many monsters with magic attack and the Flying skill which would have given him a better initial support than mine, so I decided to exchange Mycelic for Pelacor Mercenary which although it does not contain all the attributes mentioned above, it is still a great defender.

It is crucial to use the ranged shooters with the Martyr skill, this will allow us to have a big increase in our initial attributes, for this formation then I used the monsters Fungus Flinger and Venari Marksrat which are great for this because of their fragility, my idea was to position both of them in a way that would benefit two monsters around them since the effect of the earthquake rule would eliminate them even without the need of the opponent contain monsters with abilities for that, someone must look at the image and ask what is the sense of using the legendary Iza the Fanged since its attack power is not one of the best if compared to others of the same position or epic, This position that I added her in battle would leave her as a great replacement after the elimination of the main tank and the monster with Martyr, calculating all the possible gains with the opponent's monsters deaths and mine, with the bonuses of Martyr's monsters I managed to create a great front line with enough dodge to be able to worry only about the damage of the rule established in the match, with all this formation I got exactly 7 points in speed and 6 points in health remaining against the opponent monster Unicorn Mustang with a lower speed of 4 points and remaining only 3 in health.

It is also important to remember that we must have a great final shooter, that is after the bonuses applied from summoner, martyr and possible other benefits it must contain an attack equal or greater than 4 points, this is important because it will be at the moment our only source of final damage depending on the situation in battle, with Iza the Fanged serving only as a tank without attack, I like the use of Spirit of the Forest because it is one of my first choices to acquire for my collection, it has a great initial attack and high speed besides the benefit of its Snipe ability eliminating possible monsters that could be a problem for me during the battle, there are also great options to replace if necessary as an example: Mitica Headhunter or Ancient Redwood although both are specific for frontline elimination which can lead to problems if the enemy also has a great offensive attack power behind.
