The Arachnae are a mystery beyond knowing that they are dangerous and that they live underground or in dark and gloomy places. They are an enigma. Some say that they are beings as old as the first insects, others say that they were part of another race long ago but that they changed for something. Some say that it was a pact with a dark god, others say that they used magic to adapt, but the reason for that change is unknown. Despite being Insectoids, their relationship with other Insectoids is usually not better than with other races, which is usually seeing everyone as potential prey.

Los Arachnae son un misterio más allá de saber que son peligrosos y que viven bajo el suelo o en lugares oscuros y sombríos son un enigma algunos dicen que son seres tan viejos como los primeros insectos otros que eran parte de otra raza hace mucho pero que cambiaron por algo algunos dicen por un pacto con un dios oscuro otros que usaron magia para adaptarse pero no se sabe el porqué de esa cambio y a pesar de ser Insectoids su relación con otros Insectoids no suele ser mejor que con otras razas que normalmente es ver a todos como potenciales presas.

With the arrival of the army of the Chaos Legion many believed that they would join them, but they understood that they did not have to risk their lives in a war that had already begun and would simply take advantage of the ravages of war to increase their territory and prey.

Con la llegada del ejército de la Legion del Caos muchos creyeron que se unirían a ellos, pero entendieron que no tenían que arriesgar sus vidas en una guerra ya empezada y simplemente aprovecharían los estragos de la guerra para aumentar su territorio y presas.

During the war they dedicated themselves to that, expanding their territory into areas where either side retreated or left unprotected. This caused many of the inhabitants of areas close to their lairs to have more than one problem to take into account and multiplied the danger and fear with which they lived. This made many join the Chaos Legion thinking that this way they would have one less problem than thinking that they would not attack the Legion so as not to become a priority enemy.

Durante la guerra se dedicaron a eso expandir su territorio en zonas donde cualquier bando retrocedía o dejaba desprotegido esto hizo que muchos de los habitantes de zonas cercanas a sus guaridas tuvieran más de un problema a tener en cuenta y multiplico el peligro y miedo con el que vivían esto hizo que muchos se unieran a la Legión del Caos pensando que así tendría un problema menos que al pensar que no atacarían a la Legion para no volverse un enemigo de prioridad.

But many patrols and supply shipments mysteriously disappeared, many blamed rebel groups but others were more sure it was the Arachnae since they knew they were smart enough to attack them without leaving evidence and much less witnesses or their corpses so they could point them out, it is also said that they helped the rebels and even became more social with them and friendly, some say that because they were threatened by the Legion they saw that it was not so bad to have allies, others said that to keep the conflict balanced and to be able to let them continue to wear each other down.

Pero muchas patrullas y envíos de suministros desaparecían misteriosamente muchos culparon a grupos rebeldes pero otros estaban más seguro que eran los Arachnae ya que sabían que eran lo suficientemente listo para atacarlos sin dejar evidencia y muchos menos testigos o sus cadáveres para que pudieran señalarlos también se dice que ayudaban a los rebeldes e incluso llegaban a ser más sociales con ellos y amigables algunos dicen que por verse amenazados por la Legion vieron que no era tan malo tener aliados otros decían que para mantener equilibrado el conflicto y poder dejar que se sigan desgastando entre ellos.

But after the Legion had to retreat, many more Arachnaes have been seen taking places where they had never been seen with larger groups and with Arachnae never seen before some rumors speak of giant Arachnae or with nightmare powers capable of controlling their enemies to walk into their jaws, with different insignia and colors murmuring of a King and Queen or worse Kings and Queens, this has terrified many thinking that now after many sacrifices a new evil appears or worse than the one that helped the Legion has chosen other new subordinates after seeing the failures of the Legion but regardless of what it is the truth is that there is a new threat.
