I totally understand your feelings toward Arch xD It is an awesome distribution but I moved to Mint for preserving my sanity.
Try Brave (they have official install procedure for Arch on their website), it is based on Chromium so you will have access to the Hive Keychains extension. If the problem persists, check the RPC node used by the extension, we never know !

And... suddenly it works again...
I really loved installing Arch and tinkering the install to have it exactly how I wanted. Plus, that would force me to learn linux, I thought. Now I have no time and maintaining it is really painful when you have to read the f manual for anything you want to do...
Brave is still in the AUR, I could install it but I avoid unless absolutely necessary, as it's even more painful to maintain!

Yeah, I have been introduced to Arch by a linux hardcore fan. He installed it on my machine and after 1 year it was such a mess impossible to maintain that I just erased the whole thing and installed Mint instead xD Much easier to deal with (still have the typical linux problems though xD)
