So I have started getting in to splinterlands a lot recently and have started to build my collection, I'm currently on 3220 power, and increasing this will be a collection of my journey.
Water has been my go-to favorite getting me out of the challenge of Bronze III to Bronze II which was a struggle in itself but understanding the abilities completely changed my strategy and motivation.
I wanted to give some of the few pointers I used to help push my way forward.
I do have a level 2 Summoner which does give me an advantage.
I would recommend renting some cards this can only be done on the web, as I started on mobile this wasn't something I knew straight away but has been a great boon in playing as it's a great way to start out and you won't have to invest more than you are willing, as most rentals will cost you around 0.1 ~ 1 Dec a day (as of writing this 0.003 of a penny per dec a day to rent.)
Firstly my starting card which I use on most battles with less than 20 mana, I call him my mini big boy.
Because he costs so low but has quite decent stats I feel he's a good starting minion at level 3 his boosted attack really gives him a punch when combined with a reach card like
If you are in a match with more mana allocation then I will go for this card which for me is just the next level up.
I do on occasion buy some card packs so I did manage to pull
which I find quite a valuable card as having 0 costs but 1 to attack combined with
Makes a fairly good backup behind the Wave Runner or Horny Toad when there is a larger mana allocation I will change this for another tanky minion to act as a second buffer especially on the 99 mana games.
But this is the main lineup that I always try to push it isn't 100% successful but it did help me journey out of Bronze III to allow me to earn DEC.
Simple, cheap, and effective. Nice work. Will feature/share this on my Daily Splinterlands digest and on Twitter.
