I Won 4 Packs in the Splinterland Drawing Competition and Decided to Open Them

So I really ummed and arrred of this one. With current splinterland untamed pack prices I could seel then for $12 USD and buy the exact cards I want.

But then I remembered why I got into this game, which was fun, and these packs where essentially free so why not just enjoy it!

I had full potions from all the quests so I was ready to go!

Ok first pack was real nerve racking as none really lined up with my style and while it was nice to get a summoner I don't really play dragon. Final value 1.23, losing $1.8 at this stage oh no.

Ok decided to push on and boy am I glad I did! I was happy to get this neutral epic
War Chang who I had been eyeing off for a while and then he turned gold!! Total value $19.19, total profit $16.19

So had to keep the ball rolling. Nothing super here but I do play earth, fire and death so ok with the drops. Total value $0.76 loss of $2.24

Ok final pack! So it was a bit odds and end until we hit Bortus at the end there :) total value 1.56 total loss 1.44

So how did I do overall? Well on a per pack basis terrible losing between $1 to $2 a pack vs. Selling them. However overall due to a good pick total value of $22.74 , potential value selling cards of $12 total profit $10 USD plus some fun
