A Glorious Battle of Magic And Void.

in Splinterlands3 years ago

Today, I bring you a battle of magic and void played using the earth splinter and the summoner + monsters in it. In this post, I'm going to discuss this ranked battle of mine in this post. I'm going to share my lineup and strategy of this battle and also the reasonings of why I put each card in its position.

I'm writing this post to share my battle experience of splinterlands and also to participate in the weekly social media challenge contest. I'll also be sharing this post on my social media accounts. Thanks a lot to @splinterlands for this great opportunity. It's very supportive and encouraging to the players. You can also join the contest by following the rules that are given in the post on which the contest is announced by @splinterlands. I'm putting the link to that contest and my refer link to splinterlands in case you are not in splinterlands and feel interested to join. My Lineup:-

The first monster that I used in my lineup is named the UNICORN MUSTANG which is a rare earth unit untamed card. It's one of my favorites to use in the first position amongst all the cards that play under the earth splinter. It's because of the strong melee attacking ability, the huge amount of life that it contains, and the fast attacking speed. All of these powers make this card strong enough to hold the position and also dangerous for the opponent. This card also has a special ability called void. This specific ability helps this monster to get half damage from any magic attacks which technically doubles the survival time of this monster. And these are the reasons that make this card perfect for the position including my favorite one. There's no specific reason for me using the card in the 2nd position and also the card that I used in the last position. In the 2nd position, I used the CHAOS AGENT which is a common neutral unit monster of the chaos legion edition. And then in the second position, I used the MYCELIC MORPHOID which is a common earth unit monster of the newly arrived chaos legion edition. I used both of these monsters merely as sacrificial pawns and nothing else. They do come in handy in battles, but in this one, it was the reason that I selected them. Also, they cost only 1 mana cap each to use in battle. Then in the third position, I used the REGAL PERYTON which is a rare earth unit monster of the chaos legion edition. The main reason that I use this monster is that it's a magic attacking monster, it has a large amount of life and the super-fast attacking speed of this card. And the summoner I used increases the magic attacking ability of every friendly monster and that's why using a monster that attacks with magic ability is more useful than anything. Also, this monster has a special ability named flying ability. With this ability, it can dodge melee and ranged attacks from enemy monsters. It can also take up the first position and hold it easily because of these specialties. Then I used the GOBLIN PSYCHIC which is a common earth unit monster of the chaos legion edition. The reason I use this monster is the tank heal ability of this monster. With this ability, it can heal the monster in the first position after getting hit, and this way the lineup becomes stronger. This monster also has 2 magic attacking abilities which increase to 3 with the help of the summoner and it's really strong for a magic attack. Then I used the KHEMAR PRINCES which is a rare earth unit monster of the untamed edition. I use this monster because it's a magic attacking monster and it costs only 2 mana caps to use in battles. Then in the end I used the MYCELIC MORPHOID which I already explained. I used it, in the end, to protect my monsters from sneak attacks of the opponent monsters.

This was the explanation of my lineup. You'll be able to see all those explanations live in my battle. Use the link that I added before.

My Lineup and strategy worked successfully and I won the battle.
