It's been near a month since I've submitted my last post. I was busy due to some personal reasons. And after then when I entered splinterlands. I was literally shocked to see the situation. As I said before that I'm new here and I learned about splinterlands and how to play them from youtube and posts from the hive. While I was almost ready to play with my own lineup and strategies and learned about the abilities of almost all the cards I have. Just then I find out there are a lot of new cards with new abilities. Though I was not posting, I kept playing with these new cards and now it feels like that I'm getting the hang of it.
I'm someone who is interested in almost everything that is new for me. I like variety and I want to get as much experience I can. I posted about my lineup and strategy and join both social media and share your battle challenge of @splinterlands. So I wanted to do something different. Then I saw that there was another contest named the weekly art contest. Then I decided to join it. To be honest, my drawing skill is not even close to "good". But, I wanted to do. So I tried and practiced until was able to make them "least good looking". And in today's post, I'll be talking about one of them. I don't think it'll be able to compete against other drawings that are posted in the contest. But, I believe the success of a contest/competition is not in winning. It's in joining and competing with all you got. Give it your best. So, I'll take my chances.
The card that I drew is named "Baby Unicorn." Here's my drawing with the steps of completing it:-
Drew the structure with a 2B pencil.
It's the only part that I think I can do better. My coloring skill is as bad as always.
I used coloring pencil to color it.

What can I tell someone who admits his own mistakes and criticizes himself?
Honestly, your structure of the drawing was pretty good enough.
But, the coloring is not good enough.
Try watching some youtube tutorials about drawing shades.
It'll give a better look at your work.
Keep practicing.
