We started off with 44 mana and the rules Silenced Summoner and Noxious Fumes.
For summoner, since we have the rule silenced Summoner which death summoner does not matter if they are lesser than 5 mana.
Thus I went with Thadus Brood.
and this is my lineup. I am the player below again.
The monster in the first rank we have Bone Golem, this pick and placement is to combo with the third rank Phantom Soldier
The monster in the second rank we have Prismatic Energy, its purpose is to tank tank tank and if they have magic return it.
The monster in the third rank we have the Phantom Soldier, at level 3 he gains silence.
If you see your opponent keep using magic damage lineup go for this combo, Thadus Brood (Level 4+), Bone Golem (Any Level), Phantom Soldier(Level 3+) this combo will destroy most magic lineup -2 magic damage and void minus 1 extra magic damage.
The monster in the fourth rank we have Dark Enchantress, placed in the fourth rank to protect it from snipe and sneakz making only opportunity able to hit her. But with flying, she should be able to dodge a little.
The monster in the fifth rank we have our SssssssssIlent Sssssssha-vi. Placed here to soak sneak attack after sixth rank die and damage the backline before that.
The monster in the sixth rank we have our challeng of the week, the Cursed Windeku.
By looking at the opponent previous lineup, i judge that he have used a few sneak attacks.
By placing Windeku at the last rank lets your lineup soak up multiple sneak attack hits and at the same time damage them with thorn.
The strategy here is to have multipurpose tanking with two Magic damage tank in the front and one melee sneak attack counter at the back.
While the tanks soaks up the attacks, the monsters in the middle rank will damage their backline and throw magic at their first rank.
The strategy work well against all attack type as your frontline is tanky with high Health and if there is magic they will be even tankier and majority of sneak attacks are melee which will be damage by Windeku's thorn.
In my case the opponent do not have opportunity so my Enchantress is safe and their Sha-vi dies to my thorns as planned and the they do not have enough magic/range damage to go through my front two tanks.
Meanwhile my Sha-Vi is slowly killing their backline and i have 8 magic damage output slowly killing their front line working on a pincer attack.
Cons of this lineup
- Opportunity will kill the Enchantress if they hit.
- Magic sneak/range sneak attack will make Windeku useless in the last rank.
Do you like CURSED WINDEKU?
Yes. Cursed Windeku is strong even at level 1. It have high base health and thorns are problematic for melee to deal with, with higher level he gains more HP and damage letting him hit hard and be a sneak counter.
Super strong in sneak attack or amplify ruleset.
