Another week and another Splinterlands challenge, this time the selected Battle Rule is: Lost Magic, which as its name suggests you can not use cards that are of the type Magic Attack, this is a battle rule that although it does not affect me too much, is a bit annoying, at least for me since I use quite a lot of Magic Attack type cards in my strategies, but in the end I also have other types of strategies that do not have cards of that type, so there is almost no problem personally with this rule. So, these are today's battles with the Lost Magic Battle Rule:
This first battle is made up of a few cards from the NEUTRAL deck and two other cards from the WATER deck, and in particular uses almost all of this formation with cards of the Rank Attack type, so the formation for this first battle is as follows: In the first position is PEACEFUL GIANT, an excellent "tank" card for this occasion, since besides having an excellent amount of life it does not have any type of attack, something necessary since in addition to the Lost Magic Battle rule, the next two rules are: Up to Eleven and Briar Patch, so using melee cards in this battle was total suicide, because I would take too much damage if I used a card whose attack was melee, so the following cards of this formation are made up of cards of the Rank Attack type.
In the next three positions, as I had already mentioned above are cards of the Rank Attack type, being this the best choice of cards that can be used due to the Up to Eleven and Briar Patch Battle Rules, which are as follows: In second position is NAGA WINDMASTER, an excellent card, especially both for its low mana cost and also for its ability "Headwinds", an ability that affects the attack of other cards of the Rank Attack type, so for this occasion where there is the great possibility that my opponent uses this type of card is of great utility. In penultimate position is: SNIPING NARWHAL, a card that I really do not use much, I always forget because I prioritize using other similar cards to use this one, but this time it was selected for this battle and was very useful. And in last position is: CENTAUR, card which along with PEACEFULL GIANT is one of the oldest in my collection and therefore the oldest of this strategy, a very useful card and also has a low mana cost, so it is useful for this occasion where I did not have a lot of mana points available.
This second battle is mostly composed of cards from the DEATH deck and a couple from the NEUTRAL deck, this time I used Melee cards and they are cards that have one of my favorite abilities, the strategy for this second battle is as follows: In first position is the "tank card" of this battle which is: RIFTWING, a card that like the "tank card" of the first battle also does not have any attack stats, but it is a card that before cards that have physical attack is very effective because in addition to having the ability "Flying", increasing the percentage of attack failure, also has the ability "Backfire", so if any card fails its attack on this card will receive two points of damage, a very good card defensively. In second position is the first of two cards that have the ability "Sneak" of this formation, which is: SKELETON ASSASSIN, another of my oldest cards, very useful even today and one of my favorites in my deck.
In third position is the second card with the ability "Sneak" which is: URAEUS and in addition to having that ability, it also has another of my favorite abilities, which is "Poison", an ability that can be the turning point between defeat or victory. The ability "Poison" is excellent and that is why the card that is in fourth position also has this ability and that card is: HAUNTED SPIDER, a card of the type Range Attack, very useful, with a low mana cost and other of my oldest cards in my collection and this formation. In penultimate position is: CREEPING OOZE, whose "Slow" ability is very useful to affect the battle utility of my opponent's cards. Meanwhile, guarding the rear is: CORPSE FIEND.
Otra semana y otro reto de Splinterlands, esta vez la Regla de Batalla seleccionada es: Lost Magic, la cual como bien su nombre lo indica no se podrán utilizar cartas que sean del tipo Ataque Mágico, esta es una regla de batalla que aunque no me afecte demasiado, es un poco molesta, al menos para mí ya que yo utilizo bastante cartas del tipo Ataque Mágico en mis estrategias, pero al final igualmente también tengo otros tipos de estrategias que no cuentan con cartas de ese tipo, por lo que casi no hay ningún problema personalmente con esta regla. Por lo tanto, estas son las batallas del día de hoy con la Regla de Batalla Lost Magic:
Esta primera batalla está compuesta por un par de cartas del mazo NEUTRAL y otras dos cartas del mazo WATER y especialmente utilice casi en la totalidad de esta formación cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango, siendo la formación para esta primera batalla la siguiente: En primera posición se encuentra PEACEFULL GIANT, una excelente “carta tanque” para esta ocasión, ya que además de contar con una excelente cantidad de vida no cuenta con ningún tipo de ataque, siendo esto algo necesario ya que además de la Regla de Batalla Lost Magic, las dos siguientes reglas son: Up to Eleven y Briar Patch, por lo que utilizar cartas Melee en esta batalla era un total suicidio, debido a que iba a recibir demasiado daño si utilizaba alguna carta cuyo ataque fuese Melee, por este motivo las siguientes cartas de esta formación están compuestas por cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango.
En las siguientes tres posiciones, como ya había mencionado anteriormente se encuentran cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango, siendo esta la mejor opción de cartas que se puede utilizar debido a las Reglas de Batalla Up to Eleven y Briar Patch, las cuales son las siguientes: En segunda posición se encuentra NAGA WINDMASTER, una carta excelente, especialmente tanto por su bajo coste de mana y también por su habilidad “Headwinds”, una habilidad que afecta el ataque de otras cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango, por lo que para esta ocasión donde hay la gran posibilidad de que mi contrincante utilice este tipo de cartas es de gran utilidad. En penúltima posición se encuentra: SNIPING NARWHAL, una carta que realmente no utilizo mucho, siempre se me olvida porque priorizo utilizar otras cartas similares a usar esta, pero en esta ocasión fue seleccionada para esta batalla y fue de gran utilidad. Y en ultima posición se encuentra: CENTAUR, carta la cual junto con PEACEFULL GIANT es de las más antiguas de mi colección y por ende, las más antiguas de esta estrategia, una carta muy útil y que también cuenta con un bajo coste de mana, por lo que es útil para esta ocasión donde no contaba con gran cantidad de puntos de mana disponibles.
Esta segunda batalla está compuesta por en su mayoría cartas del mazo DEATH y un par del mazo NEUTRAL, esta vez utilice cartas del tipo Melee y son cartas que cuentan con una de mis habilidades favoritas, siendo la estrategia para esta segunda batalla la siguiente: En primera posición se encuentra la “carta tanque” de esta batalla la cual es: RIFTWING, una carta que al igual que la “carta tanque” de la primera batalla tampoco cuenta con ningún tipo de stats de ataque, pero es una carta que antes cartas que tengan ataque físico es muy efectiva ya que además de contar con la habilidad “Flying”, aumentando el porcentaje de fallo de ataque, también cuenta con la habilidad “Backfire”, por lo que si alguna carta falla su ataque a esta carta recibirá dos puntos de daño, una carta muy buena defensivamente. En segunda posición se encuentra la primera de dos cartas que cuentan con la habilidad “Sneak” de esta formación, la cual es: SKELETON ASSASSIN, otra de mis cartas más antiguas, muy útil incluso al día de hoy y de mis favoritas de mi mazo.
En tercera posición se encuentra la segunda carta con la habilidad “Sneak” la cual es: URAEUS y además de contar con dicha habilidad, también cuenta con otra de mis habilidades favoritas, la cual es “Poison”, una habilidad que puede ser el punto de inflexión entre la derrota o victoria. La habilidad “Poison” es excelente y es por eso que la carta que se encuentra en cuarta posición también cuenta con dicha habilidad y esa carta es: HAUNTED SPIDER, una carta del tipo Ataque de Rango, muy útil, con un bajo coste de mana y otras de mis cartas más antiguas de mi colección y de esta formación. En penúltima posición se encuentra: CREEPING OOZE, cuya habilidad “Slow” es muy útil para afectar la utilidad en batalla de las cartas de mi contrincante. Mientras tanto, cuidando la retaguardia se encuentra: CORPSE FIEND.
