Yes,I'd delegate cards, to a friend or guild mate. I haven't yet because I'm not quite out of the phase of needing to be delegated to myself quite yet. But if a guildie needed like a gold card I have that wouldn't bump me down a league for a gold only fray, I'd probably delegate it.
