Hello Splinterlands Community! For the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge this week I will share an interesting guild brawl I had where my Quora Towershead heads into an exciting showdown against the enemy guilds own Quora Towershead. It was an exciting match up between two Quora Towershead that is present in the battlefield as the winner of that showdown might just dictate the tempo of the match. The synergy and compability between my units are good enough to assist my Quora Towershead in order to take down the enemy team, which serves as the key to secures me the victory.

My Battle

This is the exciting Guild brawl that I want to share where my Quora Towershead alongside with the earth and life element monsters goes to a showdown against the enemy team's own Quora Towershead. My team has a lot of support monsters which would help my Quora Towershead to secure the victory for my team. The Ruleset

Heavy Hitters

image.png

There is only a single ruleset present in this match which is Heavy Hitters. This ruleset gives every monster in the battlefield the Knock Out ability at the start of the match. This ability allows monsters to deal double damage when attacking their target monster. For this match, there are no monsters present in the battlefield that has the capability to stun a monster which makes the Knock Out ability from this ruleset ineffective for both teams.

My Lineup

Summoner: Chuul Jujinchi

image.png

I used my Chuul Jujinchi as my summoner for this guild brawl. It is a combination of light and earth element summoner that does not provide any buff to my team and negative effects to the enemy team. This summoner fits to the team composition I have deployed in this match as I utilize most of the support monsters for my team to help the sustainability of my Quora Towershead during the match.

Monster 1 : Quora Towershead

image.png

I placed my Quora Towershead at the first position for my team. It deals both melee and magic damage to the enemy team, this unit also has a great amount of health which makes this unit a good frontline unit for the team. This unit has the heal ability which restores health to this unit each round which helps this unit to survive the damage it received from the enemy team. Since this unit comes from the Gladius set, it also has the Bloodlust ability that increases the overall stats of this unit every time it takes down an enemy monster.

Monster 2 : Djinn Renova

image.png

I also used my Djinn Renova in this match and placed it in the second position. It has a decent amount of health and deals magic damage to the enemy team. This unit has the Strengthen ability which is useful for this match. That ability gives every monster on my team an additional health at the beginning of the match. This increases the durability of all my units before the match goes on and allows them to survive longer in the match.

Monster 3 : Goblin Psychic

image.png

I also used my Goblin Psychic for this guild brawl. It also deals magic damage to the enemy team, just like Quora Towershead and Djinn Renova. This unit has the tank heal ability which is very helpful in this match. That ability allows this unit to restore some health to the monster that is in the first position of the team each round. This gives Quora Towershead additional healing support coming from this unit.

Monster 4 : Meriput Magician

image.png

I also deployed my Goblin Psychic for this guild brawl. It has a decent amount of health and it is also deals magic damage to the enemy team, just like Quora Towershead, Djinn Renova and Goblin Psychic. This unit also has the same ability with Goblin Psychic which is the Tank Heal ability. It also gives Quora Towershead additional support in this match since the enemy team has its own Quora Towershead which would be a challenge for the team.

Monster 5 : Venari Crystalsmith

image.png

I also used my Venari Crystalsmith in this Guild brawl. It has a low amount of health and it also deals ranged damage to the enemy team. This unit has the Tank heal ability which is the same with Goblin Psychic and Meriput Magician. Having multiple units that has the tank heal in the match gives the monster that serves as the frontline of the team the sustainability it needs in order to survive in the match.

Monster 6 : Hunter Jarx

image.png

Lastly I used my Hunter Jarx in this match and placed it in the last position of the team. This unit has a decent amount of health and it deals a good amount of ranged damage to the enemy team just like Venari Crystalsmith. This unit has the Snipe ability which is useful for this match. That ability allows this monster to target the enemy monster that is in the backline of the enemy team. It allows this unit to potentially take down the vulnerable monster of the enemy team.

My Battle Analysis

ROUND 1

image.png

The first round has a lot of actions, My Quora Towershead was able to survive the initial damage it received from the enemy team. The tank heal ability from my units was very effective in this round as my Quora Towershead was able to restore all the health it lost during this round. My team on the other hand was able to deal a significant amount of damage to the enemy's Arkemis the Bear making it vulnerable heading into the next round.

ROUND 2

image.png

During the second round, my team was able to took down the enemy's Arkemis the Bear, Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger causing the enemy team to go down with only 2 remaining units. My Quora Towershead was able to take down 2 monsters in this round which prompts the Bloodlust ability of this unit twice. This makes my Quora Towershead more superior than the enemy team's own Quora Towershead who was able to deal a great amount of damage to my Quora Towershead. The enemy team has also took down my Hunter Jarx in this round which was the first casualty for my team.

ROUND 3

image.png

During the third and final round, my team was able to defeat the enemy team's remaining monsters which are Quora Towershead and Sandworm. My Quora Towershead was able to deal the finishing blow to the enemy's Quora Towershead which makes my Quora Towershead the victor on their showdown. This also prompts the Bloodlust ability of that unit making my Quora Towershead more unstoppable as the match progresses. The enemy team has only Sandworm remaining on that round and it was my Goblin Psychic that deals the final blow to the Sandworm to take it down and secures me the victory for this Guild brawl.

The enemy team was clever enough to utilize the Martyr ability coming from the Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger to boosts the overall stats of its powerful units which are Quora Towershead and Sandworm. The addition of Arkemis the Bear in that lineup adds durability to their team. The multiple tank heal ability that I had on my team plays a huge factor that allows my Quora Towershead to survive all the damage it would receive from the enemy team and that was enough to survive the entire match and that secures me the victory.
