Hidden from sight, lurking in shadows or supporting from afar; the Camouflage ability improves the survivability of a monster. This incredibly useful ability is used in the backline of a lineup and protects a monster until it is at the front of the pack.
The Camouflage Ability
While a Camouflaged creature is not immune to damage, it does make it harder to remove them from the battlefield. With this in mind, the Camouflage ability is one which can be incredibly powerful in the right combination and the sometimes the order of a lineup is equally as critical.

A Word of Warning:
Blast is an ability which is able to cause damage to adjacent monsters so where possible avoid placing the camouflaged monster next to a Taunt monster in particular.
Scavo Hireling:

I think this is a fantastic yet annoying monster. So often in pretty much every level, you see this card and know that the Repair will be a nuisance. Well by owning this card, you will be even more annoying to other players as the Camouflage ability will make this card resistant to the Opportunity or Snipe press that the opponent likes to through your way. I am planning to take this card to sixth level very soon for this exact reason. Definitely buy this card to sixth level before the packs are no scarce.
Technowizologist:

With Stun at first level and two magic damage this is card is good but is let down by its overall mana cost. I feel at six mana it is too expensive in the earlier levels but at sixth level it starts to become good value with three damage, Fury and decent speed and health. Overall a good card if you play the highest level with Camouflage, but not worth it just for the Camouflage unfortunately. I'll certainly grab a few to get Fury ability either way.
Sea Stalker:

This is one of the newest cards available (at time of writing) and the Sea Stalker is a high damage ranged attacker. Pretty good value at eight mana as well. While this is a card I have not seen too much of, it is highly capable at the backline of causing havoc amongst healers with the Snipe ability. It is a little slow but the Camouflage ability will help to keep it alive. Very good value card and one I should probably get more of. Cleanse at fifth level is an interesting choice and Amplify is a nice addition at max level. Definitely on my list but most likely at third level for the five damage per turn.
Djinn Biljka:

I feel like so many people sleep on this card for the lower levels in particular. In Silver it gains Void which ensures that magic damage against it is reduced. Three mana for a one maagic damage card is not great but in the lower mana rulesets where you play a Obsidian, Unicorn Mustang and Djinn Biljka, you get two magic damage and a nasty tank to work your way through before you can attack Djinn Biljka. I like it but not to everyone's tastes. Worth having a few BCX of.
Magi Necrosi:

A very strong card in Bronze and even Silver. The Magi deals good damage and focuses their casters and ranged attackers first which is excellent when you want to remove their healers as fast as possible. This is worth taking to third level in order to gain the addition damage. Otherwise, at sixth level Stun is a great ability to have against their healers. Overall a good card and Camouflage is the key ingredient that makes this card successful. Worth having at third level if you can afford it!
Countess Sinash:

A really strong archery monster that works well with Yodin Zaku especially with the Opportunity ability. The high damage here is complimented by the Camouflage ability as it ensures the Countess stays alive for as long as possible. I recently picked one up as it is in the current reward pool which is about to expire. The Countess Sinash was a great example of crazy price movement as FOMO kicked in. Swiftness, Affliction and Blast - what is not to love? I want to get this at second level for my deck.

This card is part of the current expiring reward collection. In fact, it expires today (end of season) as I write this. There has been a large increase in price recently, mostly due to the Splinterlands Town Hall announcement. Reward card in general have seen positive price movement which has made plenty of players happy as card collections prices have been on the increase. It does now mean that a single copy of a card such as this has doubled or even near tripled in price.
I recently purchased this card and ideally I would have stacked more of these. I'll certainly be taking this to second level soon enough. Definitely a great card when blast monster are in play. I love using this with Immortalis and Mycelic Infantry. I pop Venator Kinjo in second spot and watch it absorb that Blast damage - I hated this card until I owned one. You should too!
Doctor Blight:

By far the most expensive card on this list but there is a great card here. At first level, Affliction prevents healing in Bronze which puts this card in a very unique position. In addition, this is a Neutral monster so can be played in any deck which increases its usability. Overall a very strong card and each level of the card takes it in a very positive direction. For my uses I'd love a second level Doctor Blight, but I am certainly not rich enough for that. I guess I'll have to wait for my first copy... But definitely on my list.
