I found this quite useful. I try with splinterlands, but I'm not really getting that far with it, then the rules change again, and put me back even further. But posts like this really help - thanks ! And as per your comment, I have no idea how a new player could even possibly begin to get into it and earn.

That.. makes me feel good, for Modern you are going to need Rebellion now. If you don't have any, then you will be at a disadvantage.., but there are other ways...
The biggest problem I have is not knowing what cards I should buy next (my deck is pretty crap). I dont have any rebellion, so will have to take a look there. But to be honest, with the state of my cards I dont think I can justify the outlay as I dont think I would get the return back.
