Why The New Legendary Healer Wont Be Good In Next Modern
While it is true that healers are always a welcome addition to the game specially when the likes of Merdaali Guardian, Goblin Psychic and Venari Crystalsmith will be out of the Modern format soon, I still think that Fizbo The Fabulous will not be good in the next Chaos Legion-less Modern Format. Intrigued? Let me explain.
Card Stats and Abilities
Let us first discuss the stats of Fizbo The Fabulous. Fizbo is a Legendary Fire/Earth card with 6 Mana, 3 Magic attack, 3 Speed, 2 Armor and 4 Health at maxed level. At Level 1, it boasts 2 magic attack which is too little for a 6 mana card. This card recovers from that shortcoming by having a bunch of abilities starting with Tank Heal.

 | Shroud of Reflection Shield | At Level 2, this ability grants Reflection Shield to the monsters neighbors (adjacent) at the beginning of the battle. |
 | Affliction | Starting at level 3, Affliction has 50% chance of afflicting the enemy. Afflicted monsters cannot be healed. |
At an initial glance, Fizbo is a good tank healer that grants its neighbors some protection against indirect attacks like Blast, Thorns, Return Fire and Corrosive Ward. This is best used in Wands Out and Keep Your Distance rulesets.
Synergies
Up next, let us look at its synergies. We will focus on the Rebellion Set as this set will be the next main set for Modern format alongside the new set, Conclave Arcana. Fizbo will be mainly usable with Fire and Earth splinters. Here are the Rebellion Fire and Earth splinters:
A tank healer like Fizbo wont be an effective healer without a formidable Tank. For Fire Splinters, Chaos Golem is your best bet. It returns ranged attack, retaliates and gets full hulk when damaged. Chaos Orc is the next big tank that can pierce through armor and tramples the enemies. For all magic ruleset, Infernal Firestorm is your best friend. It is a magic attacker that has lots of health and armor. For the Earth splinters, Lioceros is your friend that has Thorns and Trample abilities. Zebajin and Lord Thanalor are the best buddies for all magic ruleset. As for the summoner, look no further than Lorkus, a Legendary Fire Summoner from Rebellion that gives +1 Magic and +1 Melee to all units. This will boost Fizbo's magic attack. You can also choose its Summoner Tactic of Affliction/Life Leech to add more units that hinders healing.
Closing
Despite the stats and synergies Fizbo can bring to the game, why do I think it wont be good for the next modern? It wont be good for the next modern format, it will be the BEST! Imagine a healer for the Fire splinter which has been for the longest time doesn't get a healer like this. With Chaos Orc and Fizbo combination alone, it can devastate majority of the enemies. While it is a bummer that only few are magic attackers, bringing Blackmoor Nymph, Ujurak Mystic,and Khazi Fire Mage will be a good all magic team for Rebellion. As for the summoner for this card, let us just hope that in Conclave Arcana set, we will get a summoner that boosts magic attack and the healing factor. So how is my post about Fizbo? Was nice that fire finally has tank healer. If you miss something, I guess it will be not including neutral cards specially since the most op rebellion tanks are in neutral.
