It seems that Splinterlands is currently Splinterlags.
It was a little frustrating as I had an extreme run with wins and
was likely to advance to Diamond II and complete the daily quest in the next match.
I have been too much on SL recently so perhaps a break is needed anyways.
Only a short post as I urgently need to go to sleep.
It is good that some of the transactions are off the blockchain if that was an issue with the
slow matching. That and an inefficient rental system was the reasons why I sold the card.
I got really frustrated of all the waiting, and also the yield was very low.
Zoom forward most of the issues seem to be fixed.
The rental system is really booming, and there are still lots of inefficiencies meaning that
you can have a stratospheric ROA on your card investments (price increase + SPS airdrop + rental yield in the 100-300% range).
I am very pleased with the UI on Peakmonsters: It is really a dream come true to be able to earn hard DEC on cards you do not use!!
If it continues like this I should earn more on rentals than my daily high paid job soon.
I will not go into details how to play the card and rental markeds because it is so obvious for any deserving Splinterian.
The Quest Potions is obviously very profitable, and I hope it will stay so because it gives lots of added value to never players.
We are reaching for the stars!!
I have toggled between playing, buying and renting, but has also been out a lot catching crayfish (so I had to buy a maxed Crustacean King).
I have bough lots of cards on MonsterMarket: Mostly the ones I need and mostly gold or maxed regulars.
I worthy mention is Lord Arianthus maxed gold

I hope to finish in Diamond II or I which I decent as I just started from scratch. Next season I should reach Champions League:)
I also read lots of post, mostly on Hive/ST. There are many good inputs and tips, and I try to curate so that writing posts is complementary to playing.
I pray to the splintergods that SL is back from hiatus when I wake up again. Or else...
