Hello Splinterlands friends,
In my weekly Social Media Challenge post, it's time to talk about the Skyspire Leopard card. It's one of the latest cards I've been able to level up to its maximum and test in the latest Brawl.
As usual, I will first analyze the card, going over both its attributes and abilities, and later, I'll review a battle where I used it.
Let's take a closer look at this interesting card!
Hola amigos de Splinterlands, en mi post semanal de Social Media Challenge es el turno de hablaros de la carta Skyspire Leopard. Una de las últimas cartas que he podido subir a su máximo nivel y que he probado en ésta última Brawl.
Como es habitual, analizaré primero la carta, tanto sus atributos como sus habilidades para más tarde comentar un combate con ella en juego.
Veamos con detalle ésta interesante carta.
SKYSPIRE LEOPARD
Skyspire Leopard is a card from the Reward Soulbound collection, which can currently be obtained from in-game rewards. It belongs to the Life Splinter and has a rare rarity.
It can be leveled up to level 8, where it truly stands out in both attributes and abilities.
Skyspire Leopard es una carta de la colección Reward Soulbound que podemos conseguir actualmente en las recompensas del juego. Pertenece al Splinter Vida y tiene una rareza rara.
Podemos llegar a tenerla hasta nivel 8, en donde conseguiremos que destaque tanto en atributos como en habilidades.
At level 8, Skyspire Leopard has 5 melee attack, 2 speed, 4 armor, and 7 health points, all for a mana cost of 5.
A nivel 8 Skyspire Leopard dispone de 5 puntos de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, 2 puntos de velocidad, 4 puntos de escudo y 7 puntos de vitalidad. Todo ello con un coste de 5 puntos de maná.
RETALIATE
At level 2, Skyspire Leopard gains the Retaliate ability, which is very useful for counterattacking when it takes melee hits.
A nivel 2 Skyspire Leopard aprenderá la habilidad Retaliate muy útil para devolver ataques cuerpo a cuerpo que reciba.
VOID ARMOR
And at level 4, it gains the Void Armor ability, which is crucial for increasing resistance against magic attacks.
Y a nivel 4 aprenderá la habilidad Void Armor, una habilidad importante para ganar resistencia contra ataques mágicos.
EXAMPLE COMBAT
In today's battle, Skyspire Leopard is a perfect choice. While it may not stand out as a particularly special card, it proves useful in this type of fight, where it can attack from the second position thanks to the Maneuvers battle rule.
En el combate de hoy es perfecto para usar a nuestro Skyspire Leopard que aunque no destaca por ser una carta especial, si que nos viene bien en este tipo de combates en los que puede atacar desde la segunda posición gracias a la condición de batalla Maneuvers.

As expected, my strategy for this battle focuses on boosting Pelacor Conjurer and Helmet Kharafax with the help of Aves Sturgis. In the first position, I use the incredible Halfling Refugee, while Skyspire Leopard takes the second spot, allowing it to attack thanks to the Maneuvers battle rule.
The first round begins, and despite taking several hits, Halfling Refugee holds strong thanks to its Heal ability and the support from Venari Crystalsmith.
At the start of the second round, my strategy pays off—I manage to eliminate Diemonshark and later Tide Biter. I’m still taking minimal damage, and Halfling Refugee remains unbreakable.
In the third round, I take down Uraeus, leaving my opponent with only two relatively weak creatures. At this point, the battle is practically won.
By the fourth round, after a series of attacks, Merdaali Guardian falls, and I’m still without a single casualty.
Finally, in the fifth round, my magic attacks overwhelm Ujurak Elder, bringing the battle to a victorious end!
Como es de esperar mi estrategia para este combate va a consistir en potenciar a 2 cartas como Pelacor Conjurer y Helmet Kharafax gracias a Aves Sturgis, además en primera posición usaré al increíble Halfling Refugee y a su lado Skyspire Leopard que podrá atacar desde la segunda posición.
Comienza el primer turno y los golpes que recibe Halfling Refugee no son suficientes para debilitarlo gracias a su habilidad Heal y el soporte que recibe gracias a Venari Crystalsmith.
Al comienzo del segundo turno veo los frutos de mi estrategia ya que consigo eliminar a Diemonshark y más tarde a Tide Biter. Sigo sin sufrir daños graves y Halfling Refugee es infranqueable.
Tercer turno y elimino a Uraeus con lo que mi rival únicamente cuenta con 2 criaturas no muy poderosas. El combate está ya decidido.
En el cuarto turno y después de una serie de golpes termino con la vida de Merdaali Guardian y sigo sin sufrir ninguna baja.
Por último, en el quinto turno mis ataques mágicos hacen que Ujurak Elder caiga doblegado ante mi poder de ataque.
