Yeah from what I read there is a special drop or something for 500 packs like the way it is done with Splinterlands.

As far as I can see, there is a 5% bonus pack difference between 100 packs and 500 packs . I did not see any other advantage.
I have 98 GLX :) I have never sold it. I didn't stake, I couldn't see detailed information on this subject, I guess I need to read the posts.
As stake I just found this link https://genesisleaguesports.com/token/glx/stake there is no detailed information here. I don't know if there is another link

You should be able to stake if you follow the link below it is simply straight forward, you will be earning GLGT for staking GLX.

Great, the GLGT will keep increasing as your staked GLX increases so I have 5 GLGT
