You're right, I think this set of soulbound Legendaries looks and seems ordinary at best, no special abilities whatsoever, unlike the epics, quality value.

Olivia looks quite useful though, but I only have her at level 1 too!
I have 3 BCX and getting the remaining one is proving illusive
