Today we will talk a little bit about the new mode in Splinterlands #survival mode!!! Here I'm going to talk a little bit about my first impressions of this mode, things I've learned and what my strategies and thoughts are for the future of this mode. Still, I can already tell you that it's something interesting because it brings new features and mechanics to the game, keeping the game active and alive. This mode is very different from the traditional modes (Wild and Modern), because each match is independent, here resistance and adaptation are essential for success.

To play survivor mode, you need to click on “survival”. After that, you'll see that below the battle button, we have information about the cards that can be used in this mode, and next to it, the amount of cards that have already been used and are in recharge mode. In my case, as you can see, I have 163 cards loaded, at first I felt a little lost (which is normal since it's a new mode that we're exploring).

But let's give some examples of battles. In this one, the opponent had a level 5 Summoner and I had a level 1 Summoner. I managed to win the match, but it was very difficult. However, in my first matches, I played completely wrong, because I had forgotten that I could make several level 1 cards level 3 or level 4, which would help me level up more quickly.

Now I'm going to hold off on the battles, wait for my 163 cards to return and try to climb to silver next season. I'm currently in bronze 2. When we started the game, it was in the "Wood" elo. Another thing I noticed is that the survival mode, at least at the beginning, didn't grant win streak bonuses, which took longer for the player to climb and made this mode more challenging.

The interesting thing about this mode is that even if you "lose" the match, if you manage to eliminate one of your opponent's cards, you've already made some "profit" because he won't be able to use it against anyone else any time soon.

I can't wait to see more statistics about survival mode, to see how many cards have been knocked out, who knocked out the most, how many players are in the mode, among other interesting data.

The amount of SPS earned in the higher elos is quite good, especially for those who have cards sitting around.

Not to mention that there is a glint bonus that will be very useful in the future for buying more cards and further evolving in the game. For example, in the bronze league, the top 4 players will get more than 250k glint, which is very interesting. Replacing DEC with GLINT was something that will help control inflation, not to mention that since the cooldowns of cards change, you will constantly have to either buy other cards or simply improve your strategies a lot.

Since I still have a few of my cards from the last sets, I intend to increase my participation in this mode over time, but I saw that many people praised the amount of SPS earned in battles currently.

But let's look at some positive points of the new mode:

The level of strategy is very high, with this mode, every card matters.

Valuing cards that were being underused (sometimes you have a card that hasn't been used for a few seasons and now you can use it).

Usefulness and motivation to reduce the amount of level 1 cards in circulation.

Quick adaptation, it will force players to improve their critical sense to get more victories.

But are there any negative points?

I think the biggest difficulty in this mode may be taking cards out of circulation to rent for other modes, causing some cards to inflate. This is a risk that can happen, but it can also motivate and value people to buy the cards.

Hoje vamos falar um pouquinho sobre o novo modo no splinterlands #survival mode!!! Por aqui vou falar um pouco sobre as minhas primeiras impressões neste modo, coisas que aprendi e quais são minhas estratégias e pensamentos para o futuro deste modo, mas já adianto que é algo interessante pois traz novos recursos e mecânicas para o jogo, deixando o jogo ativo e vivo, esse modo é bem diferente dos modos tradicionais (Wild e Modern), pois cada partida é independente, aqui a resistência e a adaptação são essenciais para o sucesso.

Para jogar o modo sobrevivente é necessário clicar em “survival” após isso você vai ver que abaixo do botão battle, temos a informação das cartas que podem ser utilizadas nesse modo e ao lado as quantidades de cartas que já foram utilizadas e estão em modo de recarga. No meu caso como podem ver estou com 163 cartas carregando, no inicio me senti um pouco perdido ( o que é totalmente normal visto que é um novo modo que estamos explorando).

Mas vamos dar uns exemplos de batalhas, essa o oponente estava com um sumoner level 5 e eu com um sumoner level 1, consegui ganhar a partida, mas foi bem difícil, porém em compensação minhas primeiras partidas joguei totalmente errado, pois tinha esquecido que varias cartas level 1 eu poderia deixar level 3 ou level 4 o que me ajudaria a subir mais rapidamente.

Eu agora vou dar uma segurada nas batalhas, esperar minhas 163 cartas retornarem e buscar na próxima temporada subir para a prata, atualmente estou no bronze 2 o jogo quando começamos é no elo “Wood” outra coisa que notei é que o modo survival pelo menos no início não concedia bônus em win streak o que levava mais tempo para o jogador subir e deixa mais desafiador esse modo.

O interessante desse modo é que mesmo que você “perca” a partida, se você conseguir eliminar alguma carta do seu oponente você já teve algum “lucro” pois ele não conseguirá utilizar ela tão cedo contra alguém.

Não vejo a hora de quando conseguirmos observar mais estatísticas do modo survival, saber quantas cartas já foram nocauteadas, quem nocauteou mais, quantos jogadores no modo, dentre outros dados interessantes.

A quantidade de SPS ganha nos elos mais altos é bem boa, principalmente para quem tem cartas paradas.

Sem contar que tem um bônus de glint que será muito útil no futuro para compras de mais cartas e maior evolução no game, por exemplo na liga bronze, os 4 primeiros colocados vão levar mais de 250k de glint o que chama muito atenção, a substituição de DEC por GLINT foi algo que vai ajudar a controlar a inflação, sem contar que como os tempos de recarga dos cards muda, você vai ter que constantemente ou comprar outras cartas, ou simplesmente melhorar e muito as estratégias.

Como ainda tenho poucas cartas próprias dos últimos sets pretendo ir aumentando as participações nesse modo com o tempo, mas vi que muita gente elogiou a quantidade de sps ganho em batalha atualmente.

Mas vamos lá alguns pontos positivos do novo modo:

Nível de estratégia é bem elevada, com esse modo cada card importa.

Valorizar as cartas que estavam sendo subutilizadas (as vezes você tem uma carta que não é utilizada faz algumas temporadas e agora consegue utilizar elas).

Utilidade e motivação para reduzir a quantidade de cartas level 1 em circulação.

Adaptação rápida, vai forçar os jogadores a melhorarem seu senso critico para conseguir mais vitorias.

Mas temos alguns pontos negativos?

No meu ponto de vista acho que a dificuldade maior nesse modo pode ser a de tirar cartas de circulação no aluguel para os outros modos, fazendo algumas cartas inflacionarem, esse é um risco que pode acontecer, porém isso também pode motivar e valorizar as pessoas em comprar as cartas.
