I agree! Glad it took so long to get noticed, since I totally screwed up and sold all my alpha cards, so at least I got in just before the explosion.
Definitely seems like there's going to be a huge following here very soon, if things keep moving in the same direction.

I'm pretty sure Splinterlands will be exponentially larger in 3 years, with a more robust infrastructure to support it. Hopefully it'll be easier to get new card packs more frequently because secondary market is way too expensive.
Absolutely, I think the infrastructure is unfolding before our eyes, and I know the community (and third-party tools) will keep growing as well.
The question of pack availability is an interesting one. The more packs they release from a set, the less rare they are... that means that all the cards become less rare, or they have to start putting more cards into each set of packs...
It will definitely be interesting to watch, and see how they adapt what we're seeing all over the NFT realm, with what we've already seen from decades of Magic, Pokemon, YuGiOh, etc.

I see @Splinterlands being in 3 more years 100% over Axie that is for sure.
I hope that in the future the game improve your ingame interface, with more options and ease of understanding for those who are starting and for veterans too

In 3 more years, @Splinterlands will have its own major leagues. With the number of players increasing daily, this might come sooner.
@kyuki I see Splinterlands (if it says on its current growth pattern/trajectory) becoming one the top games in esports. It really depends how the market responds to it though.

Thanks for the tips in the video Kenny! I think that as the popularity for splinterlands continues to grow a bunch of games will adopt features like user card trading and token trading to try to compete. But we'll see to what degree of success they can adapt.

In my opinion, Splinterlands in the future would be
one of the most popular NFT game.
Cause collectible items surely raise it's value
and Splinterlands adapt this method in technological means.😎 😎
(The price of a common card in the future can buy a house.
Now I'm telling you sell your house to me, I will buy it with 50 common cards
So that in the future you can bu a city with it 😂😂)

In 3 years, Splinterlands is thriving and has spawned off spin-offs in the NFT gaming space.
Splinterlands is played by people of all ages and dec becomes a mainstream crypto, Elon Musk abandons Doge and is hooked on DEC.
PS: The game has also somehow managed to contain the pandemic and attain world peace.
I'm just imagining what it would look like if the Musk-rat, or some other big influencer started pushing Splinterlands. That would be huge.

IT is 2024, after a few years of careful plays and constant hard work, i use half of my sps tokens to pay off my mortgage, my wife hugs me and states
"Why did you take so long to pay it off you nerd :P"

I love it! I've got a similar thought... but I'm pretty sure @Splinterlands will be buying me a few hundred acres in the next 6-12 months, haha! Seems like that tract of land I bought is going to convert over to real land, real soon :-)

I see splinterlands being a major esport. I think Blockchain gaming is going to break into eSports and when it does splinterlands is at the forefront.

heh, would be cool to buy physical cards in 3 yrs :D the reversed normal where NFTs would be considered as defaults and people would start demanding high price real world collectibles :D
Have you seen the physical cards that aggroed brought to Anarchapulco back in 2019? They were awesome! Really wish I had kept one for myself.
I hope to see Splinterlands grow restrained until it becomes cryptohearthstone lol, dont want everyone to dump ship as soon as DEC/SPS rises.

Well, besides being able to trade it on the hive-engine, you can stake pizza so and use the !pizza command to send it to others, and you can go to hive.pizza and buy things like games on Steam. The community is quite robust, and there are a lot of new things coming down the pipeline for the project :-)
