Lost Legendary is an easy-peasy conditions. Literally you can't use Legendary card in this battle. With the scarcity of Legendary card, this ruleset create less constraint for some players; and more to it these cards usually cost some extra mana, which means they less useful for low mana cap battle.

The battle has a maximum 30 mana cap, with Fog Of War, Lost Legendaries, and Noxious Fumes as the rulesets. Only Fire, Earth, and Life Splinters are available.
I decided to rely on Martyr combo to boost up my single most powerful cards, which is Quora Towershead. And to have this gladiator, I gave to deploy Lobb Lowland. In the front row I brought Failed Summoner to be used as cannon fodder. And on the last row, I deployed Goblin Psychic to support with Tank Heal.
In the opposite side, my opponent took similar strategy by bringing Franz Ruffmane. And for the gladiator, Marisol Contuma is the chosen one. The front row there is Drybone Barbarian. And the resr are only small mana cards. Herbalist and Furious Chicken might have very little contribution to make. Venari Crystalsmith with its Tank Heal could be nuisance by dragging the battle into long round.
The first round turn into a massive massacre as my entire cannon fodder got strike down by Drybone Barbarian and Marisol Contuma. This has left Quora Towershead to move to the front row. Fortunately Quora claimed the first Martyr. Meanwhile my opponent formation left untouched and Marisol Contuma also claimed its first Martyr.
On the 2nd round, the poison kicks in and kills Furious Chicken. Marisol Contuma put a huge blow into Quora. But Quora make a retaliate attack into Drybone Barbarian. Unfortunately the strike isn't powerful enough to bring down Drybone Barbarian. Under enraged state, Drybone Barbarian instead make a killing blow into Quora Towershead.
With only Venari Marksrat and Goblin Psychic remaining, my formation didn't have much chances to hold off the charge from Contima and Barbarian.
CONCLUSION
The determining factor in this battle is the Equalizer ruleset. Players should focus on maximizing damage output and take benefit by letting the opponent to be the one spending mana on cards with higher health. My opponent decision to bring Wood Nymph with Heal could turn into a powerful strategy, only if the maximum health is great enough, where the healed amount could offset the incoming damage. But having 6 max health will only recover 2 health per round. Unfortunately the loss of initiatives also led into failure to cast the Heal.
