Elanor Bravefoot is a really interesting character. She is the first unit that has an ability that can increase damage based on what you used on that battle. This is a new ability called Blasphemy of Uul that can be strong if used properly. Being a neutral unit, Elanor Bravefoot is also a very efficient unit capable of being your extra unit when you maxed out your mana for that battle. Whether she were to be used as a blocker or just an extra damage, the use of this unit is very efficient and flexible making her a strong extra in any battle.
I was supposed to do a post related to tournaments but I decided not to do it. I don't join any tournaments so I'm not really the one person whom the new players should seek advice from. All I know from tournaments is that you pay a certain amount of DEC or SPS to join and you fight against challenger league players with complete collections or so I heard.
I'll just post another Card Highlights that might help people increase their chances in the tournaments if ever they haven't seen Elanor Bravefoot yet. This includes both how to use and how to counter her. Hope you like it.
Lore
While most of Fireboro’s halfling refugees gave in to despair, Elanor Bravefoot refused to surrender. Instead, she delved into ancient tomes and learned to channel the power of the brood fiends—chaotic embodiments of the elements created by the dark god Uul.
When Fireboro’s rebellion ignited, Elanor’s mastery of this dark power became a decisive force, leading to the city’s liberation and her emergence as a hero of her people.

Card Effects
Weary |
A debilitation that has the same effect as a monster getting stunned. This chance increases as the game goes longer making her unsuitable for long battles.
Blasphemy of Uul |
A new ability that can increase her damage by using other 0 mana monsters that has fiend in the name. By using summoners that can use multiple elements, you can also increase this damage.
Strengthen |
Really good ability for a 0 mana unit. This basically is a free health not only to her but for the entire team.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Elanor Bravefoot's main strength is her 0 mana usage and the Blasphemy of Uul that allows her to get free stats for free. By using multiple 0 mana units, she gets more damage. |
Elanor Bravefoot's low health is a sure target for Opportunity attacks. Her strength of using other 0 mana units on a limited fied can also be a weakness because it forces you to use 0 mana units to enhance her attacks. 0 mana fiends are usually melee units that cannot attack unless in the front and you are forced to use them just for the sake of Elanor Bravefoot's Blasphemy of Uul. |
When To Use
Equalizer |
Since you will be using other 0 mana units, Equalizer is good as it gets them health as well. Be reminded that this also makes the game longer making Elanor Bravefoot less reliant on later rounds due to Weary debilitation.
Fog of War |
Elanor Bravefoot's problem is based on her low health. She becomes a constant target of Opportunity attacks and Fog of War saves her from that by disabling any Opportunity, Snipe and Sneak in that battle.
Unprotected |
Because of her nature of attack, having less armor is better because armor can protect the unit from being damaged by range attacks.
When Not To Use
Fire and Regret |
The more damage Elanor Bravefoot gets from other sources including Blasphemy of Uul, the higher the damage she gets back from Return Fire given by this rule set.
Going the Distance |
While you can use Elanor Bravefoot since she is a range unit, all other fiend units are melee units therefore disabling your Blasphemy of Uul. She is still good to use because of her 0 mana and Strengthen ability but that's about it.
Shades of Gray |
Just like in Going the Distance rule set, while you can use Elanor Bravefoot, you still cannot use her Blasphemy of Uul ability because the other fiend units are only available in the other elements. There's no fiend Neutral unit available so far in the game.

I really like Prophet Rosa's Shield Summoner Tactics as it gives you a huge advantage on where to place your Shield. Since in this battle, all of the damage will come from the front, I placed Shield to Baakjira making it a good tank against all forms of damage. This allowed my team to safely attack without worrying about any damage. If they have Sneak ability, there is a chance I might put Shield to Elanor Bravefoot if it would negate all the Sneak attack to her.
Final Thoughts
Elanor Bravefoot is a good unit at all times. Regardless if you use her on positive or negative rule sets, I see no downside because you put her in the battle without using mana. Therefore, whether she dies or not early, it doesn't cost you any mana.
Being a Neutral unit also makes her really strong as it allows you to use her in almost every battle except a few where the rule set prohibits the use of her.
Even if Elanor Bravefoot can be strong with Blasphemy of Uul, don't rely on her too much. The debilitations are there for a reason. If you get on long battles, the efficiency of this unit goes downwards a lot. That is why basing your build towards her is a risky one unless you are sure that you can eliminate your enemies early on.
