With all the Fire and Neutral cards from the day before still available to play for a couple of hours, I embarked on an Earth Quest. The plan was to win as many games as possible to maintain Silver II, and adding all the rents from previous day with the new for Earth in order to get the rewards for Silver II. In fact, it went really smooth, as I won my 4 first Earth battles in a row, losing one and winning another 5 in a row. These are the Earth cards I rented in.
A bit in the expensive side, but since I didn’t need to rent neutrals, I felt comfortable with it. The trifecta Flesh Golem / Khmer Princess / Wood Nymph works like a charm, keeping the Golem at the front with constant healings while decimating the opponent side with ranged and magic attacks. For all my efforts, I picked 457 DEC, which is a profit of 153 DEC… I managed to end at Silver II (with a lot of excess points, more on that later) as expected, and received the following rewards, which are more than acceptable.
Nightmare is my 6th, so upgrades to level 2, Chain Spinner my 4th, and Sand Worm my 7th. The 3 cards are valued at $1.50, exactly the double of the cost of a Quest Potion, so good business here…
As I’m leaving tomorrow morning (4.30 am, no less !), I needed to finish all my duties today. I have 1970 points, enough to qualify for Gold III and receive 22 Chests at the end of season. Obviously I’m lacking a lot of power… Gold III requires 100000 power and I only have 13500 after keeping my own rentals at bay, so I need to rent north of 86000 points. After some considerations, I went and rent the following cards with less than 24 hours to end the season, in order to have that power allocated to me in the cut.
To summarize, I have spent 420 DEC to get 7 chests more (the difference between the 15 rewarded in Silver II to the 22 in Gold III), so 60 DEC for chest. The lowest epic is sold by 433 DEC in MonsterMarket, so that’s the objective. It’s difficult to achieve, but I feel like gambling today… For next seasons, I’ll try to mix the numbers before committing to these investments.
Here is the dashboard after this latest frenzy:
And that’s all for now… Since I’m not carrying a laptop in my holidays, but an iPad, I’ll be only monitoring my rentings, but not playing. Feel free to ask whatever you want and have a nice week, see you soon !
Stay safe.
Krodash.
