We have seen teasers and some amazing content creators have been drip feeding cards for the past few days, but I wanted to bring all of the new details together in one place.
With the introduction of Rebellion, the team have introduced 5 new abilities as well as dual splinter summoners and summoner tactics!
5 NEW ABILITIES
Ambush
This unit gets to act before the battle begins.
Armored Strike
This unit gets an additional melee attack using its armor stat.
Flank
If this unit is in the first position, the unit in the second position gains reach.
Corrosive Ward
When hit with a Melee attack, unit does 2 armor damage to the attacker, and max armor of the attacker is reduced by two.
Lookout
Adjacent units receive 1 less damage from attackers with sneak, snipe, and opportunity. Additionally all units take half damage from ambushed as long as a unit with lookout is on your team.
DUAL SPLINTER SUMMONERS & SUMMONER TACTICS
The Rebellion set features five Common Dual Splinter Summoners as well as five Rare and one Legendary Summoner that are equipped with the brand new Summoner Tactics abilities.
Dual Splinter Summoners
All of the Dual Splinter Summoners are 3 Mana Common cards and will allow you to pick monsters from both splinters corresponding to that summoner.
Summoner Tactics
5 Rare Summoners and 1 Legendary make up the set of Summoners equipped with the Tactics ability.
This ability will allow you to pick an ability from the listed options and apply that to your (or your opponents) team. The small number next to some abilities denotes how many cards can have that ability applied to them.
More information on the new Dual Splinter and Summoner Tactics abilities can be found here
SHOW ME THE CARDS!
Below are all of the new cards released in the Rebellion set at max level, as well as the level breakpoints for each. Hopefully this allows you to see what cards gain abilities at each level.
