Diemonsharks travel alone throughout the stars searching for prey and territory. They are fearsome beasts with lightning-fast reflexes. Diemonsharks are extremely territorial and attack any creature that encroaches on their land.
The Chaos Legion trains them as transports for equipment. Since they can travel by air, ground, or sea, they are ideally suited for the task.
The Water Splinter is one of the strongest meta in this game. In modern format the summoner of Kelya is the strongest (at least for me) and in wild Alric is the absolute winner. The Water deck consist a lot of amazing monsters and it is always hard to choose the perfect team to my battle as I can not decide what to pick. 😁
I am playing only in modern format, so it was easy to decide what to rent, but sometimes Kelya cost a fortune to hire and I have to choose the cheapest option and bring Bortus to play.
The Diemonshark is one of my favorite tank within the Water deck, because he is very fast, got a lot of Armor 🛡 and Health ❤️ as well. He has the Trample ability from Level 1, which means that when this Monster hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team.
This ability combined with the Level 4 ability of Enrage makes this monster a real "serial" killer. The Enrage makes this monster to increase its Melee attack and Speed when damaged.
On Level 4 he receives an extra melee ⚔️ attack damage as well, so the total number of attack damage will be 3.

Kelya
Kelya is one of the best summoner in the Water deck and he is easily in the top 3 amongst the other Splinter summoners in modern format. He gives +1 Speed and +1 Armor to all of his friendly monsters, which is amazing. The Speed buff allows his monsters not just to hit first in the battle, but also to dodge more melee ⚔️ and ranged 🏹 attacks.
He is inevitable the best, but it comes with a great cost, because his cost to rent (as it is now and for a Level 5 one) is 124 DEC/day. Compare this price with Tarsa who cost only 54 DEC/day, Sloan is 40 DEC/day and Thaddius DEC/day is 40 as well. The only Summoner preceeds him is the Obsidian who cost 231 DEC/day, but it is not stronger than Kelya I believe. 😊
Diemonshark
The Diemonshark is a great tank, because like I said earlier he has a nice portion of Health and Armor to withstand the incoming melee ⚔️ and ranged 🏹 attacks. The only weakness he has is against the magic 🔮 attacks, because they can easily blow him out of the water. 😁
The Trample and Enrage is a great combination, because it will allows this monster to repeat his attack if he manages to make a killing blow, which is quite easy to do when he is damaged and his stats are increased. 💪
Flying Squid
The Flying Squid is a perfect addition to any Kelya setup, because he has great Health ❤️ and unfortunately only one Armor, which comes from Kelya as well. His greatness comes from the fact that he has the Reach ability from Level 1, which allows him to attack from the second position and behind from his tank.
His speed is excellent and on Level 6 he receives the Blind ability, which will provide +15% chance of evading any incoming melee ⚔️ and ranged 🏹 attack from the enemy monsters. 😉
Deeplurker
The Deeplurker as the name suggest is always lurking and looking for a weak monster, because his Opportunity ability allows him to target the enemy monster with the lowest Health ❤️ and on top of that he might poison it as well. (The trigger chance for poison is 50%)
He has good Speed as usual with the Water creatures and the +4 melee damage is monstrous. 😊
Sand Worm
I used the Sand Worm to do some surprise attacks on the enemy backline, because if my opponent forget to protect them the Sand Worm could win any battle single handedly. The Sneak attack allows him to attack the last creature from the enemy team and this beast has a whooping +5 melee ⚔️ attack as well, which is amazing. 💪
Albatross
I recently discovered a secret about this little bird of Albatross, which is the Tank Heal ability. He receives this ability on Level 6 and he became a must have monster in my setups not just because of the Heal ability, but because of the cost of the Albatross, which is only one and makes him an easy fit to any team! 😘
The Tank Heal ability will restore a portion of the Monster in the first position's health in each round providing great sustainability to any tank in the front.
Nerissa Tridawn
Nerissa Tridawn is a simple damage dealer monster, because she doesn't have any ability at all. Her greatness comes from the huge magic 🔮 damage and high health ❤️ to survive long enough to kill all of her enemy monsters. 😌
The ruleset didn't let anyone to use Legendary creatures, so the battle was a bit more tactical than usual, because some of the legendaries are just far too strong and they would dominate the battle. (such as Djinn Oshannus, Runemancer Kye or the Phantom of the Abyss)
Luckily in this fight there were none of the legendaries and this is where Kelya shines the most. The +1 Armor makes a huge different against the other summoners, because it gives me an extra chance to block an incoming melee ⚔️ or ranged 🏹 attack. 😁
In this battle I even though I lost my healer, which is pretty common as he doesn't has big stats I managed to kill one of his Sneaker damage dealer. Nerissa stood as a rock at my back to protect everyone.
The Blind ability from the Flying Squid and the +1 Speed from Kelya gave me quite a lot of missed attacks against my creatures.
My opponent couldn't even kill my Diemonshark and he was even able to do a double killing blow on his Djinn Renova and Uraeus. I love this beast! ❤️
I was very happy with the result and it always makes a solid choice for me to go with Kelya into any battle. 😇 (Against the Obsidian I need my Djinn Oshannus and Baakjira tough!)
