Today I brought a Wild battle, where I will try to beat the strongest attack type in the game, which is the Magic. Luckily I will be getting some help from one of the rulesets! 😁

RulesetDescription
Litte LeagueOnly Monsters & Summoners that cost 4 Mana or less may be used in battles.
Blood and SunderAll units have the Corrosive Ward ability.
Melee MayhemMelee attack Monsters can attack from any position.

The mana cap was 21, which is not much, but you do not really need much more than that, because one of the ruleset was the Little League, which means that only four mana cost or less monsters are allowed into this battle, so it makes it much easier to setup a lineup using this low mana cap. πŸ˜…

The Blood and Sunder ruleset is quite new and basically what it means is that all the monsters will receive the Corrosive Ward ability, which means that it will reduce the attacker's Armor and maximum Armor by two when hit by a Melee attack. 😜

One of the most important ruleset, which made me decide by Tarsa is the Melee Mayhem, because it will allow all the Melee attack monsters in my lineup to attack as they were in the first position, which is amazing. πŸ€—

My lineup and the decision behind it!

Summoner
Tarsa

image.png

Tarsa cost only four mana and her speciality is that she will increase the Health and Melee attack of her friendly monsters by one, which makes her an excellent candidate for the Melee Mayhem ruleset. 😁

Main Tank
Antoid Platoon

image.png

The Antoid Platoon cost four mana, which is the maximum I can pick and he is an excellent tank, because he has the Shield ability, which means that he will halves all the incoming Melee and Ranged attack.

Sadly it doesn't work against the Magic attacks, which would made him to lose his life quickly. 😜

Off-Tank and Damage Dealer
Xenith Monk
image.png

The Xenith Monk also cost four mana, because apart from his quite 'high' Health he has the Heal ability, so he will be able to restore some of his Health in every round as long as he is damaged. πŸ˜‰

Low Budget Damage Dealer
Ant Miners
image.png

The Ant Miners only cost two mana, which is perfect, because I would need 28 mana as a mana cap if I want to fill up my lineup only with four aman cost monsters, so I had to cut some mana. That is why I picked this little beast even though he doesn't have two much Health or Speed, but he is also able take advantage of the +1 Melee attack buff from Tarsa, which is excellent. 😊

Speedy Damage Dealer
Exploding Rats
image.png

I used the Exploding Rats for this battle, because he is the strongest damage dealer in the Little League ruleset and especially because he is able to attack from the middle of my lineup.

He has a lot of Melee attack damage, but more importantly he has the Blast ability, so he will damage the adjacent monsters of his target as well, which will further increase his damage output. His high Speed also amazing, because it will allow him to attack first in every round. πŸ˜‡

diablo_divider_no1_fire.png

Free Damage Dealer
Scorch Fiend
image.png

The Scorch Fiend is another budget cut in my lineup, because he cost zero mana and also has two Melee attack damage thanks to Tarsa. He is an amazing addition to my team to deal few extra damage for free. 😎

Burning Damage Dealer
Kha'zi Conjurer
image.png

The Kha'zi Conjurer is an intersting monster, because even though he has huge amount of Ranged damage, his Incendiary ability will make him quite dangerous, because at the beginning of the second round and every following round he applies Burning to himself, which will damage him at the beginning of every round by two. More importantly this burning is able to spread to the monsters adjacent to him with a trigger rate of 33%, so it will be interesting to see how the battle will end up. 🀣

My opponent brought the Obsidian who is an Earth Summoner and her ability is to increase the Magic damage of all of her friendly monsters by one, which are the strongest attack type in the game and ignores any Armor their targets has. πŸ˜‹

My team was a bit quicker than the monsters my opponent had, so most of our monsters attacked first and they quickly managed to kill their Hill Giant and Fungus Fiend. Soon after they were started attacking and they eliminated my Antoid Platoon with ease and also damaged my Xenith Monk just before the first round finished.

In the beginning of the second round as you can see the Burning got activated on my Conjurer and my Scorch Fiend got burned and died even thought he is made out of Fire. 🀣

Luckily his huge Ranged attack was enough to kill their Venari Spellsmith with one fatal attack and the Heal ability on my Xenith Monk helped him to sustain a bit more damage i nthis round even if it costed to his life. My Ant who increased his Health quite a bit with his Scavenger ability managed to kill their Queen Mycelia.

I was very lucky that in the next round my Conjurer didn't burn and kill my Exploding Rats, because he had only two Health and was able to achieve a double kill on the last two monsters that my opponent had and win the battle for me. πŸ˜‡
