What a nice way of buying cheap packs, I was really looking for that.
You said Chaos bought from Hive not eligible for SPS airdrops, then what about cards we get from them?

Land is also very cheap. lol Thanks

delete.pngWhen you buy a second-hand Chaos pack from https://hive-engine.com , some player already bought the packs from a Splinterlands Official shop. They will receive the airdrop benefit, not you. So, I bought a lot of packs new directly from Splinterlands.io and received all my airdrop points when they came out. After I maxed mine out, I just buy the Chaos packs on hive-engine when they are so cheap at times.

So, this how players earn Airdrop points, and then selling packs for Hive and other tokens.
I am kinda stuck a little bit I would buy packs directly from Splinterlands, but it cost me double the $4 price, when I bought Hive it was pricing around $0.87. lol

So buying from Hive Engine might not give me airdrop points.

Starting with the second pack sale phase on December 8th and going forward, Chaos Legion packs will only be able to be purchased using Credits in the Splinterlands shop. Players who would like to use DEC or SPS tokens to purchase packs may still do so by simply using those tokens to purchase Credits in their accounts, but it will no longer be possible to purchase packs directly with DEC or SPS as it was during the presale.https://peakd.com/hive-13323/@splinterlands/chaos-legion-release-and-second-pack-sale------ Pack Purchase Options

With this change, there should no longer be any exchange rate discrepancies for DEC or SPS tokens between the website and the backend servers that process the payments like there were in some cases during the presale, and additionally since all purchases will be going through Credits it means they will all be eligible to earn affiliate rewards, which were not available for DEC or SPS purchases during the presale.

@clove71 So now they have fixed the pack price with $4 worth of credits regardless of market volatility, hmm, nice so any who want to buy packs can either buy in credits or DEC, I see DEC option is also open for buying packs.

You put a very detailed explanation to make me understand, I am very thankful to learn more about how this game's ecosystem works. So kind of you.

So if you want to be eligible for a chance to win an airdrop you buy your pack from here: https://splinterlands.com/?p=shop&tab=packs

The DEC and Credits price is almost pegged. Should I use DEC or Credits.
