However, I would add that the error message you posted above is related to your lack of RC (Resource Credits) in your account, since you don't have any Hive yet. For assistance with a temporary delegation to get you started, be sure to check out the Gift Giver site.

It looks like @p30077's problem was not about the lack of RC (Resource Credits), because they only made 1 short post and 1 very short comment. New Hive users have a permanent Resource Credits equivalent to 3 Hive Power.
I tried to request a 7-day delegation of 16 Hive Power to @p300777 from @giftgiver, but I saw an error message when I tried, even though @giftgiver still has enough Hive Power to delegate. 🤔
Anyway, it's good to see that you are assisting new Hive users! 🙂

Yep, I just tried @giftgiver for another user and had the error message, "Error delegating, we probably ran out of HP to delegate. Please try again in a little bit." I'll see if I can reach out to someone on the team and see what's up.
And thanks - I didn't think it was an RC issue either but figured it couldn't hurt to mention it, just in case. I hope someone can help suss out what's wrong, and thanks for chiming in (and for your kind words), @savvyplayer. 😊
