There has been a lot more info coming out with Conclave and presale begins on the 22nd of April. I was fascinated but a couple of stats and would think players are strategizing what to do come time to sales.

The official article of the Conclave cards are in link above but I will go straight to the points that interests me the most.
After presale is the general sale and the way Conclave is setup its limited time. It is fixed to at maximum 300 days ever to buy Conclave over in the game. With a staggering close to 6 million packs it is less than Chaos but more than the other sets ever printed to date. What is even more interesting is that any given day during the general sale if less than a certain amount of packs are sold the remaining unsold will have 90% in store packs burned! That means if demand ever slow down just enough to not hit the daily limits the majority of the packs on sale will be burned, making the remaining existing Conclave cards that much more limited in supply. Bottomline it may end up less than 6 million packs ever to go for sale.
Note starter packs are infinity until Conclave ends so at the very least getting a ton of commons are rares are very high relatively speaking.
Presale has some interesting offers too. For instance spending 40k and 400k DEC/credits respectively earns for certain rare and legendary cards. The bonus is nice for those part partaking in the presale and these offers are promo cards.
There is also a raffle for participants of the presale. Starting at 1k DEC/credits spend equates to at least one raffle. There are 71 prizes to win from the raffle.
Contribution to conflicts are very similar to Rebellion but at the same time not as much. There is the requirement to spend resources to repair wagons after each conflict and there are also bonuses in spending. Players sending for each $100 in DEC or credit will earn them a free wagon. In total get up to eight wagons for free.
Conclusion to maximize the earned bonus if a player spends 800k DEC they will get bonus of 8 wagons, (10) guarantee rare promos, (2) guarantee legendary promos, and raffles. The options of what to buy in presale are standard packs, alchemy packs and legendary. Just going with legendary it would be 16 packs. Or go with all alchemy it would be 32 packs. Then there is the standard but knowing starter packs will come out after presale it would be easier to buy cheap commons and rares once general sales begin. Therefore the focus on either Alchemy or Legendary packs seems better option.
In addition the new black foil gives a 5x boost in production making these cards that much more in demand for use in land plots. I do believe black foils will become a hot commodity. This means, to me, legendary and alchemy are the way to go for this presale to get the most bang for bulk purchases. What do you think?
Until next time thanks for reading!!!

I think it depends. For me, I think the starter packs or buying individual cards would be better in the general sale. I don't feel like gambling, but I guess it could work out.
I hear you. The ones that I have partake after Untamed have yet to be profitable. Difficult to pull the trigger here but tempting.
