Im so sorry i read a lot of things and still dont understant how to get those chest before i used to play until i reach silver 1 and i get chest now i got back things seem to have changed a lot i have no idea what to do to get those chest last season i got to bronze 1 bit did not get chest :( am i doing something wrong ?

i have te same problem, but im new, and i have problems to undertend a lot of things in the game
It used to be easy now its hard to understand and i cant even find yt vids to explain
