Since SPS is now a reward, the SPS value is declining. More SPS, more sellers, lower price. I think a mixture of DEC and SPS would have been a better solution for controlling the devaluing of SPS in the open market. But maybe when Riftwatchers starts, SPS will rebound.

I think cards are the best, but it's a tough call. SPS will probably rise when it's used for Riftwatcher purchases, but it might decline also since lots of people earn it in rewards. DEC should rise since it is no longer being printed in the game. Cards that are no longer being printed are probably the best long term investment. Focus on cards that have a high rental return and that are the most scarce is my advice.
