Saludos invocadores!
Greetings summoners!
I hope you are all well, here comes a new #BattleMageSecrets in #Splinterlands with one of the strangest rulesets that the game has, and that is Silenced Summoners. A ruleset that is very decisive in its effect and that applies a radical change to the battles in which it appears. Battles have become more and more competitive and it is increasingly difficult to win in the Modern format, so it is essential that you learn the game mechanics and understand the game strategies very well.
For now, let's concentrate on what interests us in this post, which is the Silenced Summoners ruleset.
✨
Silenced Summoners
✨
As you can see above on the Splintercards official explanation, this ruleset has a quite peculiar operation on the battles, and it restricts from the battle any effect that is applied by a summoner, your or your enemy, so these cards, which we must remember that they are mandatory to play, become totally useless and become a weight on your team, rather than a support, since you have to play a summoner if or if, but that this does not have any effect makes it detrimental. Although it is not a ruleset as decisive in battles as others, it can take you by surprise, especially if you don't have many summoners in your deck.
How to take advantage of this ruleset?
You may think not, there is a way to take advantage of the ruleset, and that is to always use the summoner you have available with the lowest mana cost, that will make you take advantage of your mana to the maximum since the summoner does not give you any bonus, so using one of cost 2 or one of cost 7 will not change anything but the mana you spend.
How to counter it?
The answer is easy, use the epic summoners from the Beta edition:
Why? Simply because they cost only 2 mana points, they are the cheapest in the game and the ones that will spend the least mana with this ruleset, leaving us more room to build the team. Believe me, every mana point counts in this ruleset.

Round 1
Ambos jugadores tuvimos ideas parecidas, yo use a Quix the Devious aunque tranquilamente pude haber usado a Obsidian, daba igual cual fuese.
Both players had similar ideas on this battle, I decide to used Quix the Devious although I could have easily used Obsidian, it didn't matter which one.
As a tank, I used Xenith Monk who with his healing ability was going to be essential for my strategy to work.
Secondly, Mycelic Infantry, which is here because of the second ruleset, which allows it to attack but at the same time will make the enemies attack my cards with Martyr, which will increase the attack of this powerful tank.
Fungus Flinger will receive the enemy damage to apply his martyr and strengthen my cards.
Grund will be the backbone of the team, when he increases his damage and using his double attack ability, he will destroy the opponent in the blink of an eye.
Venari Marksrat fulfills the same function as Fungus Flinger, falling to strengthen my cards.
Finally on my lineup, to take advantage of the remaining mana of my team, I decide to use Djinn Biljka has the advantage that he can't be attacked while in the secondary line, plus 3 points of magic damage for only 3 mana is a great deal.
Round 2
The first round of this battle took place and the plan I made on the select round was executed perfectly, my Martyr cards had fallen and strengthened the rest of my team. Xenith Monk was fundamental for the strategy to work, because after my Martyr cards were eliminated he would be the next decoy on the team, which would give my team time to apply his damage. Diverting as much attention as possible from my Grund and Mycelic Infantry.
Round 3
After the fall of Xenith Monk it was necessary that Mycelic Infantry remained as a tank to receive damage and become the decoy, with his Shield ability would avoid the increased damage of my opponent which was going to be essential to achieve victory. The rest was history, while my Mycelic was holding in the first position my Grund was wreaking havoc on the enemy and Djinn Biljka was supporting from the last position.
Round 4
There was nothing more to say, my Grund was going to eliminate his in the next round thanks to the combined damage of my team, so the battle was already sentenced.
