Thanks for the overview. It is a good new dynamic to the game that seems will have a positive effect on the game. The soulbound cards I understand are fixed for 2 years and then will be tradable though. So it is like a delayed function?

From what I gathered from the town hall, I believe that they will be tradable once out of print but only after being infused with DEC first. So it will probably cost something to make them tradable. Not 100% sure about that though.

Yes, I read that you will need to pay to make them tradable. I am curious how much that would cost. Maybe similar to the burn cost? So this could also be another sink for DEC?

I expect it also to be like that. This would be a nice sink for DEC I believe and make the cards pretty expensive :-)
