I wanted to share with you my account progress during the month of September. I've been working night shifts last week, that's why this report is coming out a week later then planned.
First part of the month was smooth sailing, but then right after the start of second season they introduced the new split of the SPS reward pool for ranked battles by leagues. This really nerfed the rewards for Bronze and Silver league, maybe even for Gold. Its clearly visible in my battle rewards sum in the table below how rewards took a sudden drop by more then 60%.
But then the end of the month brought us the Riftwatchers and this will make a big impact in the future battles.
As SPS airdrops came to an end in July, I've been putting all my liquid SPS into Liquidity pools collecting rewards from there. Since battle and chest rewards now go into staked SPS, my staked SPS almost doubled since last month.
During the month of September we had 2 seasons (94 and 95). I played in Modern Silver 1 league for silver season chest in first one and gold season chests in the second one, also played in Modern Silver 1 league.
Season 94 I played mostly in Silver 1 (except the days I was fighting my way up after EOS rating reset) with more then a solid win rate of 73%.
As I mentioned before I was playing for silver season chest and managed to collect 74 of them, together with 138 daily chests (with an average of 8.6 chests per day).
I won't show you all of the daily rewards, but I will show you what I got from those 74 silver season chests.
Compared to last two seasons this was a big step down, so I decided I will try to advance to Gold league at the end of the season and play for gold season chests next season, as they yield better rewards even though I collect way less of them.
Season 95 I made a decision to play for gold season chests and it really payed off in EOS rewards. Sadly the new split of the SPS reward pool for ranked battles by leagues made me earn far less SPS from battles, but I guess we'll have to learn to live with it.
Start of the season I had some good matchmaking (mostly vs bots) so I had easy wins which resulted in excellent win rate. But second part they fixed the matchmaking and I started playing against human players which, normally, resulted in much worse win rate.
By the end of the season I finished with 67% win rate, collected 49 gold season chests and 154 daily chests (that's an average of 9.6 chests per day).
Season chests didn't bring me any of the fancy cards, but they did bring me 2 Chaos packs.
I was happy with the Chaos packs but the rest of the rewards were underwhelming. Still, overall value is 6 times better then what I got season before.
I opened two Gladius packs this month, and in one of them I got Marisol Contuma - epic Life card. Its amazing 2nd position monster, because of the Reach ability, heavy melee attack, high speed and pretty decent defensive stats.
For the ones that like numbers, I made a recap of the whole month.

Total profit from rentals is almost 50% less then last month. I contribute it to huge bot farms leaving the game leaving a lot of cards unrented making the prices drop significantly.
Can't really compare SPS earnings with last month since SPS rewards were introduced to the game somewhere mid-month.
It is so much easier to track your earning now with the new Currency Activity feature in-game, kudos to Splinterlands developer team for making this happen.
Only thing I have to mention is that "Unclaimed" balances (far right) don't get included into exported file. I don't know why, and I hope that dev team will fix that soon. These are SPS battle and chest rewards.

And finally, for the ones that like to look at the pretty card pictures (like me) I will show you my whole month recap of chest winnings - all 415 chests 😍.
As you can see total rewards were quite very nice for a Silver account, but again, not even close to last month. Only one Gold foil card (common), no legendary cards and barely any epics.
But then again, total value of rewards is better then last month, so I can't complain.

Big shout out to @deadzy for making this beautiful splintershare site, where you can see all your chest rewards for last couple of months and easily share it with your fiends and family.
