Focus on the ruleset
Stampede
For this edition of Battle mage secret, it's the "Stampede" ruleset that takes center stage. So what are we talking about, first of all the ruleset itself:
Stampede is infinitely retriggered as long as the trampling unit continues to kill other units.
To make the most of this Ruleset,there's one summoner who outshines all others, and that's of course Possibilus the wise.
Any creatures with the Trample ability will be a no-brainer here.
Combat rules
This match has the particularity of being played in League Silver 1, as I didn't play much last season and found myself relegated.
The rules here are rather simple, but the playing conditions are very restrictive.
We won't be able to choose any legendary creatures, and of course Stampede will have to be taken into account.
However, with only death creatures to choose from, there's not much opportunity.
So we're in for a game that forces us to think differently.
Brainstorming time.
Team selection
Summoner, Lux Vega
Always at the rendezvous, Lux will be decisive here for the simple reason that, as she's rarely played (especially in silver), she'll be unexpected by my opponent.
What's more, these different boosts will give my team a definite advantage, as I intend to create the most balanced team possible to cope with any situation.
The watchword will therefore be flexibility!
📚: This card is extremely expensive to buy, so rent it!
The Barbed Man, Cursed Windeku
A medium-cost purple tank par excellence, the Cursed Windeku is a fearsome adversary that, for just six mana, hurts, resists well and, above all, possesses the "Thorns" skill.
In the absence of better legendary tanks, it's an easy choice.
📚: This card should be part of your collection, so buy it if you can.
Mass damage, Magi of chaos
This may seem a strange choice, but I'm going to place my biggest damage dealer in second position.
His six health points will allow him to take one or two hits before dying, and Lux's armor point will also do him a world of good.
His mission is simple: to do as much damage as possible in order to cross the opposing team from one side to the other.
📚 : Very flexible card, but a bit expensive to buy, so don't hesitate if you can get it at a good price.
The Poisoner, Venari Bonesmith
As I've always said, it's important to diversify your sources of damage in order to ward off any problems your opponent might pose.
So Venari Bonesmith's mission is twofold: to poison his opponents and to increase his hit points so that when he finds himself on the front line, he'll be able to hold out for a while.
📚: An indispensable and very affordable card from Chaos Legion (Reward), not buying it would be a mistake.
Damage dealer / debuff, Reveal
I think it's rare in Deathdomain matches that I don't play the Revealer.
The Revealer costs just four small mana points, hurts and, above all, doesn't stun your opponents.
This ability, although affected by randomness (50% chance of stun), will often make the difference.
📚: Chaos Legion's Reward card, it's still quite expensive, but if you're planning to play the domain of death, it's a good investment.
Physical damage dealer / buffer, Supply Runner.
For a change from magic attacks, we needed a bit of physical damage. The Supply Runner will be very good in this role, and as a bonus will bring a speed bonus to your whole team.
Combined with Lux's, you'll be in a good position to ram your opponent's front line before he can even move.
📚: a neutral and very often useful card, I've been trying to get more copies myself lately. However, it remains expensive to buy and very cheap to rent.
**Physical damage dealer, Dhampir Stalker.
Enough half-measures, the Dhampir Stalker is here for one reason only: to do a lot of damage, and do it very well.
It's a bit pricey, but we're talking about four points of physical damage with the bonus True strike ability that prevents any opposing dodges!
📚: a dispensable card, but useful and affordable enough to tempt you. For my part, I'm content to rent it.
The fight
The plan here is simple, our team is made to hold the choice and break through the opposing lines.
My opponent has chosen Thaddius to lead his team on the assault. The latter is certainly a default choice, but will nonetheless impact the damage of two of my fighters.
Nevertheless, I'm a little surprised by my opponent's composition, which lacks coherence for my taste.
In my opinion, his attacks are too scattered, which means he lacks the power to break through my lines.
So it's time to check whether our strategy is the right one.

As expected, the high speed provided by both Lux and the Supply Runner enabled me to silence the enemy tank before it could land a single blow.
What's more, the scattering of damage my troops have received in return has finally resulted in the death of half of Thaddius's team, while my own tank is in bad shape but still alive.
Finally, the first blood is also flowing on my side, but at this stage, all seems already lost for my opponent.
It's notable that the bonus armor point provided by Lux made a huge difference throughout the fight.
What's more, my simple but effective strategy made all the difference.
I don't think my opponent had a precise plan here. The most important thing is not to line up your best cards, but to think about the synergies and consequences of your choices while creating your team.
Your intelligence and creativity will always be worth more than a stronger deck with no real thought behind it.

Le piétinement se redéclenche à l'infini tant que l'unité qui piétine continue à tuer d'autres unités.
Afin de tirer le meilleur parti de ce Ruleset,il y a un invocateur qui surpasse tous les autres, c'est bien sur Possibilus the wise.
Toutes créatures ayant la capacité Trample sera un no-brainer ici.
Les règles du combat
Ce match à la particularité d'être joué en League Silver 1, ayant peu joué lors de la saison dernière je m'y suis trouvé relégué.
Ici donc des règles plutôt simple mais des conditions de jeu très restrictive.
Nous ne pourrons pas choisir de créature légendaire et bien sûr Stampede sera à prendre en compte.
Cependant avec comme seul choix possible des créatures de la mort, peu d'opportunité s'offre à nous.
Nous sommes donc dans le cas d'un match qui force à réfléchir différemment.
C'est l'heure du brainstorming.
Sélection de l'équipe
Invocateur, Lux Vega
Toujours au rendez-vous, Lux sera ici décisive pour la simple et bonne raison qu'étant peu joué (surtout en silver), elle sera inattendu par mon adversaire.
De plus ces différents boosts offrent à mon équipe un avantage certain car je compte créer l'équipe la plus équilibrer possible afin de faire face à toutes les situations.
Le mot d'ordre sera donc flexibilité !
📚 : Cette carte est extrêmement cher à l'achat, louer la !
L'homme barbelé, Cursed Windeku
Tank de cout moyen de la couleur violette par excellence , le Cursed Windeku est un adversaire redoutable qui pour seulement six mana fait mal , résiste bien et surtout possède la compétence "Thorns".
En l'absence de meilleurs tank légendaire c'est un choix facile.
📚 : Cette carte doit faire partie de votre collection, achetez la si possible.
Mass damage, Magi of chaos
Choix qui peut sembler étrange mais je vais placer mon plus gros damage dealer magique en seconde position.
Ces six points de vie lui permettre d'encaisser un ou deux coups avant de mourir et le point d'armure de Lux fera également le plus grand bien.
Sa mission est simple faire un maximum de dégât afin de traverser l'équipe adverse de part en part !
📚 : Carte très flexible mais un peu cher à l'achat, n'hésitez pas si vous pouvez l'avoir à bon prix.
L'empoisoneur, Venari Bonesmith
Je vous le rabâche à chaque fois, il est important de diversifier vos sources de dégâts afin de parer à tous les problèmes que votre adversaire pourrait vous poser.
La mission de Venari Bonesmith est donc double, empoisonné ces adversaires et augmenter ces point de vie pour que lorsque il se retrouve en première ligne, il soit capable de tenir un peu.
📚 : Carte indispensable et très abordable de Chaos Légion (Reward), ne pas l'acheter serait une erreur.
Damage dealer / debuff, Revealer
Je pense que rare son mes matchs en domaine de la mort ou je ne joue pas le
Revealer, il ne coute que quatre petits points de mana, fait mal et surtout peu stun vos adversaires.
Cette capacité bien qu’affecté par l'aléatoire (50% de chance de stun) fera souvent la différence.
📚 : Carte Reward de Chaos Legion , elle reste assez cher mais si vous comptez jouer le domaine de la mort souvent
, c'est un bon investissement.
Physical damage dealer / buffer, Supply Runner
Pour changer des attaques magiques, il nous fallait un peu de dégât physique. Le Supply Runner sera très bon dans ce rôle et en bonus apportera un bonus de vitesse à l'ensemble de votre équipe.
Combiné à celui de Lux, vous voilà en bonne posture pour enfoncer la première ligne adverse avant même qu'il puisse bouger.
📚 : carte neutre et très souvent utile, je cherche moi-même à m'en procurer plus d'exemplaire ces derniers temps. Elle reste cependant cher à l'achat et très bon marché à la location.
Physical damage dealer, Dhampir Stalker
Assez de demi-mesure, le Dhampir Stalker est là pour une raison unique, faire beaucoup de dégât et il le fera fort bien.
Il est un peu cher mais on parle ici de quatre points de dégâts physique avec la capacité True strike en prime qui empêche toute esquive adverse !
📚 : carte certes dispensable mais suffisamment utile et abordable pour vous laisser tenter. Pour ma part, je me contente de le louer.
La baston
Le plan ici est simple, notre équipe est faite pour tenir le choix et enfoncer les lignes adverses.
Mon adversaire à fait le choix de Thaddius pour mener son équipe à l'assaut. Ce dernier est certes un choix par default mais impactera tout de même les dégâts de deux de mes combattants.
Néanmoins la composition de mon adversaire m'étonne un peu, elle manque de cohérence à mon gout.
Ces attaques sont trop dispersées à mon sens ce qui risque de lui faire manquer de puissance pour enfoncer mes lignes.
C'est donc l'heure de vérifier si notre stratégie est la bonne.

Comme prévu la vitesse importante donné à la fois par Lux et par le Supply Runner me permet de réduire au silence le tank ennemie avant même qu'il n'est le temps de rendre le moindre coup.
De plus la dispersion des dégât que mes troupes ont reçus en retour à finalement débouché sur la mort de la moitié de l'équipe de Thaddius alors que mon propre tank est mal en point mais encore vivant.
Finalement le premier sang coule également de mon côté mais à ce stade , tout semble déjà perdu pour mon adversaire.
Il est notable que le point d'armure bonus fournit par Lux à fait tout le long du combat une énorme différence.
De plus ma stratégie simple mais efficace à fait la différence.
Je pense qu'ici mon adversaire n'a pas su élaborer un plan précis. Le plus important n'est pas d'aligné vos meilleurs cartes mais de réfléchir aux synergies et aux conséquences de vos choix pendant la création de votre équipe.
